We were very please with our stay. The bistro was very good.

The room itself was fine but the rooms have very little sound proofing. The Nextdoor guests were so loud and you could hear everything. The food was under cooked as well.

Absolute worst stay I’ve had at a Marriott hotel. I was placed in a first floor hotel room which honestly I’ll never do again. It was beyond noisy. There was constant slamming in the kitchen throughout the night both through the kitchen and right above the room. I got no sleep all night even though I called the front desk multiple times (took 3 tries for someone to answer). I asked to change rooms due to the noise and they said they were booked which honestly I didn’t believe. The shower bathroom has mold and the tile in there clearly hadn’t been cleaned. You could see the dirt on the floors. Don’t waste your money.

Convenient, easy parking and fast check-in

The pool is closed. This wasn’t noted anywhere and I had three very disappointed kids. Room was clean and location was easy on/off the highway.

Amazing place

The jet tub is what caught my attention! I love taking baths so this was perfect! The Starbucks was the cherry on top to my satisfaction! The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly.

It was great! The location was perfect and the accommodations were clean. The staff was friendly too!!!

Room was clean and nice. The pool and Jacuzzi was not open and the sofa bed which is supposed to be a double to pull out definitely only one man bed other than that it was fantastic

This property is a little older, first time visited. The staff I have to say was amazing, no shortness there. Our room was a little small, dirty bathroom with minor damage. Staff still only cleans upon request due to COVID which I thought was long over. The matress in our room was stained, stray large insects. The keys had to be re-keyed at least 2 times a day if we were in and out. Ther door lock was broken. The lobby was inviting, close to the freeway

The front desk was great. We had a problem with our first room and she took care of us right away. She knew that we were really tired.

Courtyard Chico is our home base when we visit our daughter who is away at college. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is always kind and accommodating.
