Beau motel avec toute les commodité , seul bémol ma chambre était proche de la machine à glace , assez bruyant par moment tôt ou tard en soirée , j’y retournai c sure

4-night stay in June 2026 while visiting family. Hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Good parking at the hotel and is close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to the waterfront. The free breakfast was nice. Some common areas are looking rather dated and worn. Rooms were more updated. Some construction was ongoing in the lobby area at check-in which was nosy and made talking with staff difficult. Generally a good stay for our needs.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Good location, price was good, breakfast was good and still fresh. Would stay there again

The young lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and in need of renovations. The breakfast was good. Very amble parking for truck and cargo trailer.

Very friendly staff and quick check in. Any staff we met in the hallways were always smiling and quick to say hello. Rooms are a good size and well kept. This is our "go to" hotel in North Bay and we've never had a problem. They do provide breakfast, but we don't eat breakfast, so we haven't checked it out. We always travel with our furry companion and we've always been greeted warmly. Would definitely recommend them. Lots of parking too.

Had a great stay with my fur baby. The bed was very comfortable and a breakfast was included and appreciated. The only negative, if you can call it that, is that it can get noisy if you have heavy walkers or loud guests above you due to the vinyl flooring. Other than that, everything was great. Quick check-in, comfortable bed, spacious room, good shower, quick check-out, and friendly staff.

Nicely renovated, roomy, and clean and reasonably priced room. Price included breakfast with lots of selection. Easy parking, also included in room price.

Nice room, wonderful location. Just know that there is no elevator at this point. It shows under amenities in small prints.
