Good if you are looking for just a place to sleep Needs better up keep. Pool was out of commission and the jets on the hot tub did not work. There was also grit in the hot tub also. No elevator to second floor so if you have lots of luggage ect could be a bit of trouble.

Urine stained and soaked bathrooms, hair in sink, mold in pool and showers, room wreaked of smoke, unclean bedsheets. Unhelpful staff, night attendant asked “what do you want me to do? Go buy towels” after we refused the ones he tried to hand us from the dirty laundry cart when we didn’t even get fresh towels in the room to begin with. Better Business Bureau would have a field day in this place.

We had a fairly nice stay and were pretty satisfied. The hot tub was not working but the kids loved the water slide!

This was our third or fourth stay here. Large rooms, very comfortable. Didn’t have time for the water slide this time. Mattress was ok. They excel at the included breakfast - the hot and cold options are what you’d find at the best of the motel chain breakfasts plus a pancake machine that delivers them on a conveyor belt. A touch of whimsy. We expect to be back. Only negative is lack of an elevator - seems odd in such a large and well appointed property.

No hot tub .system down check in manually.Tv not working the same front desk came and spend more than 15 min fo fix it.unbearable smell from the bathroom.Dirty and stained sheet.bo enough towels although we have requested on line 2days before our arrival.hair in the sink.No elevator.no towels in the pool.when asked whether take them dirty or wait 25 min.

The hot tub is out of order. It is like a year worth it’s not working every time they said it just down. it’s not true. They actually never fixed that.

Hot tub broken, no elevator only stairs @ 74 years old with luggage not easy. Air conditioner had a very loud squeal so couldn’t use at night cause sound wouldn’t let you sleep. Cleaned room on 2nd day and took used towels but did not leave any to replace them and went to call front desk and phone did not work. Very disappointed ☹️

Found signage for Ramada lacking. Driveway access to property in bad condition. There was a cigarette smoke smell in hallways event with signs on doors stating non-smoking. Hot tub was closed on day of my visit.

My work day was odd and I had the latest check-in possible. 7AM. They still accomodated and let me stay until 2PM. Great staff!

Very overpriced for the quality of room. No room service ( make the bed ) or empty the garbage.

The bathroom was NOT clean. There was urine on the toilet base, the light fixture was splattered with something red and had a layer of dirt on it, the light switch plate and wall underneath were dirty. The cloth chair had a large stain on the seat. The floor lamp switch was broken you had to plug and unplug it. Breakfast was minimal. There was a hot plate with nothing in it, pancake machine made rubber pancakes. There needs to be more attention to fine cleaning details. I did ask the cleaning staff to tend to the bathroom and chair issue, but I should not have had to. I would not stay there again for the price. Very disappointed.
