An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!

Spacious rooms Bit of nostalgia.

The breakfast was not good. Food was not good quality, the choice of food was very limited. It was not clean

Hotel storico ma al passo con i tempi. Ottimo rapporto qualita'- prezzo. Incomprensibile per un 4 stelle il check out alle 10.00. Orario più da ostello della gioventù che da Grand Hotel. Sveglia telefonica non richiesta alle 5 del mattino. Segnalata senza avere alcuna compensazione . Due difetti che rendonon il mio giudizio buono ma non ottimo.

The hotel is very clean and room was good. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Hotel is quite old and for my opinion it’s not a 4 stars hotel. Quite place. Breakfast was good enough. Simple Italian breakfast. Some stuff was unfriendly. They helped when I asked something . They don’t have free of charge parking.

The hotel is perfectly situated. However, it needs major renovations and a good cleaning. The carpects in the hallways are old and dirty. The rooms are very dusty. the curtains and light fictures are covered in dust. My husband and were all stuffed up. The breakfast buffet is full of sweets, does not cater to people who eat healthy. I asked for stewed prunes and they did not have any. This hotel was very disapointing.

We were off season, town was quiet, atmosphere was slow. The local shops were welcoming and most spoke English, those that did not Spanish was used to get by with similarities in the two languages. The only issue we had with the hotel was noise from remodeling on the third floor from renovations, daytime hours only. We were gone most of the time and it had minimal impact on our stay.

We had a lovely warm welcome from. The reception,a blonde and smiling girl,sorry we don,t know her name! All the staff appear happy,s, that is a sign of good management

nice and convenient location, free wi fi and parkin w breakfast. unfortunately elevator was under repair and room was on forth floor was a major inconveniance to lug luggage up and down

Would rate the hotel as a 3 to 4 star. Some renovation work is in progress. Room on small side, nowhere to place cases on, kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Plumbing a bit noisy but walk in shower was excellent with good controls. Television could only get CNN and BBC world (at times). Breakfast good selection but not much variation.

Holiday staying for 10 days/9 nights, 3 in this hotel. We have been here 3 times before and it is lovely and very good value for money

The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices of food. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk to everything.

Great stay, desk management "Amanda and Chiara" were very helpful.

the hotel was very nice. we have performed a late booking, the staff was very friendly. no extra charge was applied. the room is very clean. worth it price

It was is I expected. It was centrally located and very clean. We had great breakfast and a terrific dinner. The service was superior. I would recommend it to otheres.
