Staff was amazing, breakfast selection was good, rooms comfortable

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we were made Guest of the day. We received an upgraded room and 20% off the restaurant and room service. Sadly we didn’t use either but I really appreciated the gesture.

Stayed here for one night to attend a music festival nearby. Quiet grounds but also near the motorway and at times can hear the traffic. Check in and check out was swift and friendly. Room was clean with a welcome treat which was a nice touch. The water pressure could have been stronger and it would have been nice to have bags to dispose of female hygiene products. In the evening we ordered room service which was good. Breakfast was busy, a little chaotic. The lady who greeted us was friendly and cheerful but our table was full of crumbs and staff looked overwhelmed when requesting a hot beverage

Brilliant fridge like AC!!! Reception area v modern and clean. Room good size, modern, clean. very nice Excellent breakfast with exceptional staff both days. Big car park though only 2 x EV chargers, one VERY slow 1st night and didnt work at all 2nd night, so dont reply on these!!

Always a pleasent stay, staff, facilities grounds , cannot fault . Always willing to help . Best stay in surrey :)

The hotel was very good, my only complaint was not being told at the time of booking or on arrival that the hotel was holding a school leavers prom, which was being held directly below our room which over looked the forecourt garden where they were also hanging out singing loudly alone to the loud disco.

Reception staff on check in made us feel uncomfortable. Different staff the following morning were entirely different and in line with usual Hilton standards. Bedroom was in a different building, and a large van was blocking the doorways between buildings making it difficult to get through. Otherwise the hotel was fine

It was a good stay. However, I'm disappointed that you need to pay for the parking even though it's already an expensive hotel. Also, there's nothing you can do outside.

Every attention to detail. Very helpful with a couple of requests. Staff were exemplary. Breakfast great. Even though I was there for 4 breakfasts I could not try everything, never mind any other requests such as omelettes and any other whim a customer might have wanted. The 4 Reception staff who we spoke to over the days we were there. All staff seemed happy in their work, even the workman said good morning. The staff sorting breakfast were lovely - Claire, Nicky and Mate (not sure I’ve spelt that correctly) young man on duty Sunday morning (31.05.26). Good facilities in room - luxury products, fridge, safe, enormous bed, bathroom good size for us. Might not be best venue for smaller children - there were few little ones the first couple of days. Would definitely stay again.

Good friendly and efficient check in. Room good and clean, Bar was a it chaotic early evening but the staff were very pleasant. Did not try the restaurant.

Room was clean quiet and had a small patio breakfast was great everything you could want .
