Great hotel, great location, great food Stayed during a 4 day trip. Excellent location to the slopes 1 min walk through the cut through, lockers for ski equipment and the spa is small but is great after a full day skiing/boarding. The hotel is lovely, some rooms dated both types of bathrooms are shown in pics. Hotel was clean, staff were very lovely and helpful especially Gerorgina (in housekeeping, always happy and smiling) and Phillippe on the bar/restaurant lovely and chatty. 1 receptionist though wasn’t so friendly and made you feel as you were bothering her just asking a question, not the nicest of greetings on arrival. food was great Spa €12 each for 1hr Taxi’s are non exsistent in Andorra so if your getting dropped off by coach at the town bus stop you have a 1/2 mile steep up hill walk with all your luggage. You can get an uber so diwnload the app. We will definitely stay again but will arrange an uber Next time

This really nice hotel has very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The rooms are very big and clean, the bathroom is also really spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Soundproofing is very good. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a very friendly guy who would cook eggs any style. The only minos point is that the parking garage was full and we had to park elsewhere. We will come back for sure.

wonderful allround

Läget är excellent med tillgång till backe och skiduthyrning runt hörnet. Ett Hotell med varmt hjärta, där personalen är en stor tillgång. Väldigt väl tilltagen frukost för alla smaker. Baren stor och servicen utmärkt och väldigt trevlig.

Perfectly located hotel, close to the slopes and town centre. Good and clean rooms, comfortable lounge and really friendly staff. Spa suite is a bonus but a little small; still a welcome optiin after a long day of skiing. We keep coming back...

3rd year in a row staying here for a group ski trip. Fantastic hotel with clean rooms, a great bar, lovely food, friendly service, the perfect location and the added treat of a pool and hot tub. Can’t recommend this one enough, a real gem.

Reception staff was really friendly and helpful, bar area quite nice. The only thing I would suggest is more hooks in bathrooms fir towels would be very useful

Great stay

Great hotel in a fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and all the bars. Second year in a row we have stayed here and plan to do the same again next year. Highly recommended.

Great location, clean, great food and bar. Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use. Minor complaint and would still highly recommend.

It was a very family friendly hotel.

Lovely staff and nice breakfast buffé but too many extra charges (use of "SPA", parking etc) and no extra perks, as well as bad logistics during breakfast (one person, super friendly however, taking one order at the time for 15-20 guests waiting in line for omelette, fried egg etc, could be a good idea to fry 10 eggs that people could help themselves to?). Also long wait for coffee and tea, maybe have precooked boiled water for tea lovers?

Alors qu ils ont une grosse proportion de clients français, il n y a pratiquement pas d employés parlant français. L hôtel ne mérite pas quatre étoiles. Même pas de mitigeur dans la douche, salle de bain qui mériterait d être rénovée. J avais demandé que l on me réserve une place de parking et quand je suis arrivé, on m a dit que le parking était complet !

Personal excepcional, servicial, pacientes, amables y proactivos. Desayuno decepcionante para un 4*, lo ojeé cada mañana y no me convenció a probarlo ninguno (para 3*, justito). Ubicación OK, 4 minutos caminando de restos / bares, 7 minutos de la escuela y remontes, 10 mins de centro deportivo techado. Música en vivo OK. TV lamentable, mala señal / recepción, el 75% de los canales no se veía, el surtido de canales limitado. Habitación correcta, limpia, decoración y equipamiento no 4*, insonorizado mejorable. No me quedé con sensación de hotel 4* en general, pero aún así satisfecho (para lo que pagué).

Une jolie chambre au 1er étage donnant sur un mur. Des trous dans les draps ne devraient pas exister dans un 4 étoiles. Un parking payant très très étroit attention accrochage possible.
