Restaurant is excellent and staff friendly. But our room was not cleaned and the rug was full of fur from a dog or cat. Enough to bother me even though my allergy is mild. Upon arrival we were told the parking was full. All in all a mixed experience.

Good hotel with AC!! The hotel is not the best but it’s still nice enough for a night or two. Breakfast was super crowded and it was kind of dirty, probably because the staff was overwhelmed at this particular hour.

I found this hotel to be very comfortable with nice pillows for example that makes it more like a home than hotels do generally. Very comfortable room and I slept especially well in it. Good sauna and a little gym also.

This is a gorgeous property! I have stayed at a few hotels in Gävle from the USA and this place has been my favorite! The breakfast is fantastic, the room was the best in town! Will stay again!

Jag fick ett stort och fint rum i lugnt läge precis som önskat. Hörde knappt någonting av studentfirandet utanför. Fick dock inte Netflix att funka på tv trots att appen fanns på tv:n. Superlyxigt att kunna välja till late check out vid 13:00

Meget pent og rent hotel. Meget hyggeligt og hjælpsomt personale. Meget god morgenmad, samt god mad i restaurant om aftenen. Eneste minus var forældre der lod sine børn løbe rundt i gangene og larme. Det er dog ikke hotellets fejl, bare forældre der ikke har opdraget sine børn godt nok.
