Most of things were good like the check in process, however when arrived at the room me and my partner saw there was make up on one of the pillows and the quilt and the bedsheet. Another problem I had was people up past 12:30 shouting and making so much noise, I know it’s not the hotels fault

Our room was big and airy. Huge bed. Everything clean. The only downside was the chairs, not very comfy. The cleaning and serving staff are all lovely and friendly.

Room clean… Luke warm shower in morning…fire alarms going off on arrival at 8pm so took 20 mins to check in.

Didn't use the bar, but the staff were great and very helpful the room was clean and comfortable. The vegan sausages are terrible though, in an ever changing world where we should be looking at reducing the carbon footprint of everything. You should be providing a better vegan option and promoting the choose so other people can choose to eat less meat.

The toilet put water on the floor if you didn't put seat down fast enough and the shower put water on the floor because I couldn't move it. The bathroom door was an odd colour and just looked a mess with paint allover the door frame, like not finished
