Great price and really close to the hospital.

Hotel room was really clean, staff were nice, but the breakfast room had garbage piling up and the hot food was mostly empty.

Breakfast excellent. I stayed 2 nights. My bed was not made, nor was the garbage on the on the vanity. The inside door was covered with fingerprints. These were minor inconveniences.

Room was ok, very dated , big water stain on roof , stains on bed cover and sheets. Staff was very welcoming and location was convenient. Probably would not stay here again.

Not what we expected at all. Check in was fine, when we got to our room very disappointed with the sofa it actually looked like they got it from the back alley, the room smelled bad, we had to spray at least twice a day. Most of the staff were nice except for two. The person at the front desk May 2, 7:30 p.m. was extremely rude to myself, my husband and a young man checking in. He could not find the young man's confirmation number and just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help him. I was there and just wanted to get coffee and a ice bag, he gave me three and I just asked for two more and he said, "I cannot give you anymore there is a limit (that is the first time I've ever heard that) than I asked for his name and he said, "You don't need my name." My husband went down after a while and asked for some coffee and he gave him a couple and he asked for two more and he said, "I can't give you any more these are for emergencies only." WHAT ?? My husband also asked for his name and he got the same response I did. There was no conflict resolution what so ever. I have worked in this industry and this is definitely not how staff treat guests. We will not return to this hotel and will let others know of our experience.

The free breakfast is a step down from HI Express

Property was the most reasonably priced and did not overcharge for our stay.

Breakfast ends at 10am and I got there at 930am and was todl they were packing up and there was nothing left

Breakfast menu was adequate as it has changed for a more continental style.

Breakfast had next to nothing for a vegan.

An overall okay stay, but the cleaning was weird. For example there was a weird sticky substance that was on the night stand that was there after we came back to the room one evening. Also seems like the toilet was used while we were gone. The room also just smelled weird. It suited what we needed, but overall a tad odd.

The room was clean, and well maintained, dated but still very nice. Staff were very nice, breakfast was well served with good options. Location was excellent, easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. This will be our go-to hotel in Red Deer now

Was ok. Dissapointed that there are not roll away kots/beds available. Wasn’t overly clean.
