Carlos at reception was great very friendly service. Breakfast was not nice the service and welcome at breakfast restaurant was not very welcoming and the lady there was not helpful at all. Limited options at breakfast.

Disappointed that I am a platinum holder and I have been to this property 6 times in last 16 months and no extra upgrade or bottle of wine. I asked for some ice and was grunted at!! Seriously I’m going to try somewhere else!

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.(David) I hope that’s his name every afternoon would give excellent customer service in the bar area.They all do.
Location excellent,rooms spacey and balcony over looking the sea priceless.
