The view was amazing! The room was quite big and had most things we needed. Although it needs a few repairs/maintenance, overall we had a great time and would recommend. The view from the north tower was standout.

The accommodation was simply the best — truly a dream place to relax and unwind. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the stunning view from our room was the highlight of every morning. We arrived quite late, but the clear instructions provided by the resort made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional — definitely a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to return! 🌊✨

We loved our stay very friendly and helpful staff the apartment was great nicely furnished very clean awsome views we actually watched a few whales breaching for about 5 minutes wife was very happy pools and on site facilities where also great good location to beaches and shops definitely recommended

This was our 3rd time at Xanadu - and honestly - it is THE BEST value for money & quality on the Gold Coast. If you are staying - go the deluxe ocean view - you wont regret it. The apartments are HUGE - and are right on the beach in stunning Main Beach. You only have to cross the road - and you are on the beach. All the Ocean View and Deluxe Ocean view apartments have spectacular views. For the same amount of money that you would pay to stay at the Sea World resort hotel and get just a single, pokey hotel room with 2 queen beds - at Xanadu you get: a HUGE 2 bedroom apartment (that can EASILY sleep 6) , with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a full laundry, 2 full lounges, 2 balconies, a huge flat screen tv, a full dinning area, free underground parking, and 2 swimming pools. Seriously, you simply can't go wrong at Xanadu. PS: You can WALK to Sea World - 15 leisurely minutes up the beach.... Xanadu is AWESOME.... We will be back...

Love this resort. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here this year. Great facilitues, the apartment is large and spacious, great for families. 1min walk to my new favourite cafe, The Winey Cow, 2min walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops and only 4min to the Tram. The only bad thing about this resort ... is having to leave! But we will be back next year! Thanks Xanadu Resort.

Our first room had construction going on next door. Noisy, dirty, dusty. We could not open any doors or windows. Xanadu changed our room.....but we should not have been put in that room in the first place

Beach view was fantastic! Very nice apartment with everything we needed. However when staying with young kids, the balcony doors are not key lockable, only snibbed. But we had a very nice time and would recommend to others

Lovely big apartment with everything needed for a great stay. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. One downside was the showers; very poor pressure and extremely difficult to get a comfortable temperature with no mixer tap. Also, the hot was extremely hot (and difficult to balance with the cold) - to the point that it could be dangerous if a child turned it on unsupervised.

We had a lovely long weekend at Xanadu. We stayed in a two bedroom superior Ocean view unit which was large and very clean. The views were spectacular and the refurbished unit was lovely. Undercover parking was free and easy to navigate. There were a lot of restaurants within an easy walking distance. Highly recommend!

Overall this was a great stay. Apartment was huge and watching migrating whales from the balcony every day was amazing. Close to main beach village and easy to get the light rail or head out and about in the car. Pool and gym were great. Aircon was effective. Only down side was the wifi connection was really rubbish. We paid for the premium and even that was really up and down in terms of connectivity. But you don’t go on holiday to sit inside using the wifi so it wasn’t a major drawback for us. Would totally stay here again.

Loved my stay and planned to return at the end of the year I enjoyed the fully self contained ocean view appartment and the free secure parking lovely staff as well :)
