Spacious and very clean apartment. Can sleep 3-4 people. Lovely view for a sunset from the pool and the room. Felt safe as a solo traveller.

Property dated and very noisy late at night and not controlled by staff unfair to other holidaymakers

Pros: friendly staff Cons: - Not on a sandy beach - outdated dirty room - broken fridge with hair and leftover food - parties and noise all night from other rooms - Not family friendly, it’s a party people hotel - no kitchen just two hobs , no kettle , no toaster , no microwave. -pool area jammed with loungers can’t even walk to the sea area as so many loungers in the way. - kids pool is tiny and filled with adults sitting around it with feet dipped in.

We had a midnight check in. The guy at the desk not very friendly. Unhelpful and not interested in communicating with us. Hotel is lovely and housekeeping and restaurant staff are amazing. The young girl at the desk and young boy are helpful. Location was really good. Not enough sun lounger available. Had its own private beach with a walkway to the sea. Again only 14 loungers on the private beach. Veg choices for meal’s really poor. So be ready to eat lots and lots and lots and lots of pizza. Room Service daily.. Advertisement state’s toiletries available and they are not. No iron available in room have to rent it No kettle in room. You have to rent it. No safe in the room. You have to rent it. Air con not working in room. Complained and no one came. TV remote not working and not replaced as requested Room tax payable daily. No bidets as advertised in room. Ant infestation outside patio door so unable to leave patio door open.

Very basic room. Extremely noisy until midnight. No soap in the rooms.

Lovely stay, we had a one bed apartment. Was a little dated n shower pressure wasn’t the best. However it was clean and spacious. The sunset was incredible!

Staff friendly, views of sunsets are amazing and rooms are excellent.

Our party of 10 all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nereida. Reception were always very helpful and friendly, as was bar and restaurant staff. Rooms were very clean and well set out, with towels changed every day. Evening food in restaurant could be improved, but as we were out four of the 7 evenings this didn’t bother us. We all had lovely sea rooms with views of the beautiful sunsets. Pool area was very well set out and cleaned every day. Short walk to buses or to pick up boat to San Antonio/Ibiza old town. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely hotel with large airy appt facing the sea! Just walk down from pool and directly on beach. Lovely staff very helpful. Only had breakfast booked and it was lovely with plenty of choice. Room was a seperate building to main hotel and had to walk outside past pool. Bathroom ceiling had a leak but maintenance were sent and fixed immediately !

Quiet. Nice breakfast. Nice pool and sun set views. Good for families. Close to shops and to good beaches.

We stayed in a superior apartment which had the most amazing terrace overlooking the sea and pool, it is worth upgrading just for the Terrace which is semi private and includes your own private double sun bed and dining area, perfect for watching the sunset! The location is great, a short walk to shops and bars and to port de torrent which has a lovely Bay Area and upmarket restaurants. Loved it and will return again next year!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Nereida. It was extremely clean, lovely rooms, amazing views even though we didn't have a sea view room, the pool area was great. The only thing I could fault it on was that the WiFi never worked for us.

It’s a very old hotel that would need need some renovations

Food disgusting was ill for days only ate for 2days then was ill for the rest of holiday

Check in process was kind of hectic.There was a little bit of a line when I arrived but there was only one receptionist that I perceived to be attentive to guests. She was very nice but I had to get the other receptionist as she was texting on her phone while there was a huge line of people waiting to be checked in. Once I asked her she was very responsive but she should be more aware during busy hours to accommodate guests accordingly.
