Property is very well located if you’re looking to visit the city of arts and science. Not so close to downtown but taxis are not expensive, safe, and widely available. Property staff lacks empathy without being rude, just the minimum and gives the impression they don’t like tourists but they still work there. Regular rooms are just for 2 and we were 3. We had to insist on getting us a more comfortable room and finally got it with an extra charge.

Spacious, modern room. Beautifully clean and lobby always smelt amazing from the Jasmine. 15 minute walk to Metro. Excellent service. Would recommend!

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower ran hot then cold but that was all that needed attention. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food.

The hotel's location is between the old town and the beaches, but both are a 40-minute walk away. However, it's directly opposite the museums and the city park. The hotel is actually used more by business travelers, so there's a lot of coming and going, and the staff's attentiveness isn't particularly good. The room looked clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. There was also noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The view from the terrace bar is very nice. There are many different places to eat nearby, and the prices seem reasonable.

Well placed for the modern end of València. Free parking although cart park very tight. Disappointing that pool was closed but as advertised. Fab views from rooftop bar but limited menu (no coffees, no espresso martini, etc). Overall I’d say more style than substance. Was ok for one night but not sure I’d rush back,

Very helpful, kind, and gracious staff. The location is excellent - very close to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Rooms are modern and clean.

The rooms are clean. Staff are great! You can't beat the location of this hotel. You can walk everywhere. Hotels.com VIP gets you free parking which is a big deal in the city.

Staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff, spacious & clean room with huge bed. Only slight criticism was that the shower head was slightly small - expected it would be a bit more "premium" to fit the rest of the fittings.
