The room was too far from the entrance and breakfast room. Felt like the sheets was not changed before our stay, it was so itchy made it hard to sleep. The room was so old made me so uncomfortable.

Room was very aged, wallpaper was stripping,bath door handle fell off. Room was in basement,felt like someone's old rec.room.The window was a couple feet from parked cars,no view. Pull out couch had a thin mattress, uncomfortable,thin blanket. check in person had a cold,not much hygiene Breakfast was very packed, not relaxing.

A very basic hotel, but it met our needs. Parking was less than ($25) other hotels ($35+), a basic hot breakfast was included and the price was right for a quick overnight stay. Vinny’s was across the parking lot and food wasn’t bad. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Niagara Convention Centre which was a very short walk, 7mins.

It could have been ok if the front desk ladies will be nice to customers. It is our first time in this hotel and will not come back. There is parking fee but not enough parking and we arrived late from US. We ended up parking in the Casino good thing we have free parking in the Casino. On check out i told the lady in the front desk that there are no enough parking and we parked at the casino and she said we should have given up the parking tag so i will not be charged but that was not explained to us when we checked earlier before going to the border. So i told her i can get the tag in the car and she said too late you will still be charged it should have been given up last night. I did not argue all i said if you know you do not have enough parking and the customer explained then do not charge the customer. We are pating a lot of extras already after the pandemic for lesser services. Also they said there a limit of 2 pax at the buffet or pay $12.99 in excess of 2.

The room was very clean. Staff were courteous. The fridge didn't keep milk cold but reported it to the front desk and they were looking into it. Appreciated an easy to operate heating system.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Heater/AC was a little noisy. Green light from smoke detector is super bright - hard to sleep with light in your eyes! Breakfast is better than other hotels and there's a pool. Overall, it's good
