We were quite disappointed with our stay. We have enjoyed Le Palace in the past and have continued to book stays there. This will be our last. We booked the same type/tier toom that we have in the past yet they gave us a substantially lower tier room. They said thay they have been renovating for years and we've always stayed in a renovated room. Their pictures focus on the lovely renovated rooms. We did not receive what we requested and they refused to move us. The breakfast and main team member, Maria I believe, was great of course; however the reservation and customer service was not.

Nice location

The room was basic, and old, but clean. The arrival of other guests in the early hours who were noisy caused sleep disruption. As a suggestion maybe the hotel could inform others on arrival of this. Sadly people have no care or consideration for others. The door key system failed a few times, but staff addressed this problem. The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate but feel they are restricted with the age of the building and layout. We were surprised that there was a lack of Tea or Coffee making facilities, within the room, since it was branded a 4 star hotel. Breakfasts, were served by polite, cheerful staff. The food offering was plentiful and varied.

Nothing fancy but great for something inexpensive in the heart of the city. I paid $47 for one night...staff was very sweet and friendly

The location was great. It was on the major shopping street and it’s few blocks away from the water front and there is a parking lot around it if you arrive by a car. The room was roomie and there are lots of dining options close by. The staffs were very informative and friendly.

We stayed for two nights only. The front staff was very helpful. We had friendly midnight check in :-) as easyJet haven't offered an easy flight. We were so hungry, but didn't know where to go. Again, the staff was helpful and gave us the direction to the right location :-) Although, the room was basic, it was very clear with white, soft towels. The water in the room fridge is not free. The last but not least, the staff booked a taxi for us to the international bus station as the local bus drivers had a strike. We will recommend the hotel- good value for money, great location and staff.

The hotel location was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, but beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is best located on the main street and close to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are large and comfortable. Room service is excellent. The breakfasts are great and the service is outstanding. In RECEPTION the attitude and the help beyond expectations, and especially I want to mention MR. Nikos. In short, a great value-for-money hotel.THE WI FI IS VERY GOOD

Great location, just 3min walk from the main square, and 2min walk from the coast. It is in the main street, but the room is very quiet. The staff are very nice, and you can always see the smiles on their faces. They even made a special cake for an old man with his birthday at the breakfast, which was really nice. Also, the breakfast is great. Room itself is clean and comfortable. For me, just one thing that not so satisfied, that is the room (single room) is a bit small, especially for the toilet. But overall, strongly recommend for this hotel.

This is not a 4-star property. The location is great, and the breakfast buffet is good. Otherwise, the beds are uncomfortable, the bathrooms are small, and service is non-existent. The toilet would not flush properly, the shower didn't drain and the WiFi wouldn't connect most of the time. When I complained to the front desk, all they said was that they couldn't do anything about it. They suggested I switch rooms.

No sitting areas for relaxing Internet connection in the room was impossible
