Lovely helpful staff nothing to much trouble

The property and staff were great. The restaurant was very good but would like to see a little larger menu especially for breakfast. Overall was very pleased.

Beside the shopping centre, it's convenient.

The staff at the hotel, no matter the job they have, are the best! Such amazing and friendly service. They were very informative on the area on things to do and places to eat. They were very helpful in lining up any transportation needs. I've traveled for years and there haven't been many hotels that could match their level of friendliness and service

Only stayed one night but it was really enjoyable stay.

Value was good, hotel was great, beds were the most comfortable we experienced on our whole trip, breakfast was awesome.

It was a clean and neat hotel.

The staff was really friendly, and there are two grocery stores not too far away, but it was not convenient to get to the city centre

Friendly reception and given a room away from the bar and restaurant as requested. Had dinner in the restaurant - food was fine and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and good sized room. The room was quite warm and had no means of control. Not sure where the heat was coming from (but not outside). Our bathroom fan was continually on all night. In the corridor was a cupboard with loud and low frequency humming noise also all night. Night staff informed but they didn't do anything. Given free breakfast as compensation but does that make up for a disturbed night?

A bit out of the way from Kilkenny but a very nice hotel with free parking

Property was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but only a 25 minute walk or so to Kilkenny Castle and Medieval Mile. No gym or pool/hot tub however fairly busy so did not really miss them. We asked for a fridge in advance of our arrival and it was provided. Very friendly and helpful staff

Apart from the house maid not replacing dirty coffee cups and replenishing coffee pods and sugar 1 morning everything was perfect especially the hotel staff.

The rooms and hotel in general were up to date and comfortable. The showers were very nice and the coffee bar in the lobby was very convenient.

I loved everything about this hotel! The beds were comfortable, and the room was cozy. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Chris at the reception desk was very helpful. Jonathon in the restaurant and bar was great and Masimo was knowledgeable with everything from places to go in town, the train station and assisted us with Taxi's.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the service was good. However, although it was on a 5-7 minute taxi ride, we would prefer to stay in the city center.

Biggest disappointment is there is no air conditioning and that would have been ok if the property description listed that. For the price the room was tiny, bathroom tiny and roof very stuffy- no fan in bathroom so after a shower the entire room was stuffy and window only opens a crack which I understand is code. Overall the our least favorite stay in Ireland.
