Hard work to get hot showers, changed rooms but no better. WiFi very patchy and poor reception. Breakfast buffet was of a low standard. Swimming pool still out of action 3 weeks after due to be fixed.
Bed in bedroom was comfortable. Room was a little noisey.

The conceirge staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was okay in a pitch. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The only drawback was wonky WIFI speed and connectivity.

I believe the hotel needs renovation. The heater in the lobby area was not working and was very cold, the pillows were a little too hard, and the room was really noisy.
