Requested extended 4 hour stay for hospital visit before we booked in- was told it was okay and agreed to the extra charge. When booking in were told sorry, unable to supply the room for an extra 4 hours and would not even look at an alternative room before we booked in. There were rooms still available on the internet when we checked. Dont understand their attitude - we have stayed there several times over the years. In addition, we were told we could stay until midday, reception called at 5 past 11 and asked us to leave. Right hand doesnt talk to the left hand and I dont think they care either way. Reception Managers attitude is all wrong. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Perfect room and location, great friendly staff too. The only downside was the gym, as it was a bit dirty and didn’t have any mats. The sauna had a huge draft coming in too. Honestly though, everything else about our stay was fantastic.

Beautiful big comfortable bedroom. Extremely helpful concierge (both gentlemen we dealt with). Excellent location for trips to barrier reef and good restaurants hereby. Very nice outdoor pool area.

Nice rooms very clean and comfortable

Nice hotel and great location however HVAC system in need of an upgrade. When we checked in, all 3 rooms were damp, carpeting, bedding, etc from the humidity. Very musty smell.
