La habitación tenía una gotera en el baño. Mucho ruido en la noche provenientes de otras habitaciones

El cuarto es demasiado pequeño, en las fotografías parece ser más amplio, no hay tomacorrientes suficientes, como mínimo debe haber en cada buró. Los despachadores de jabón no servían. No tienen plancha ni tabla de planchar en cada cuarto, se tiene que usar una común que hay en cada piso la cual está pesimamente ubicada frente al elevador y no tiene puerta, todos pueden verte planchando la ropa, además no hay en donde colgarla por lo que si quieres planchar más de una prenda tienes que llevar una por una porque no hay en donde ponerla o colgar en ganchos la ropa que vas planchando, adicionalmente debes rellenar una botella de agua en un despachador comun que hay en cada piso, ya que no hay en los cuartos. El precio no es tan económico como para que se tengan esas limitantes. El desayuno es bueno y el trato del personal también.

The room was spotless, and the staff were excellent! My only complaint was the cold water only in the bathroom sink. Also, there was no heat. I was there in December and the outside temperature was 61 in the early evening.

Rooms are small but functional, room is clean and well maintained. Personal is very nice and very helpful. My partner has a medical condition and the personal takes care of him. They were very helpful with him.

The beds were not the size advertised, they were like a full size bed (two adults can barely fit). Parking was good, no iron in the room they have 1 iron on the hallway with an iron board to share. Hotel is decent, close to a lot of entertainment.

It was very disappointing, rooms are way too small, and prices are not very affordable, i rather stay at Barcelo or Krystal Urban

Llegamos en la noche a hospedarnos y nos dijeron que nunca aceptaron la reservación y nunca nos avisaron.

The hotel has the minimum to stay one night and take a shower but nothing else. No amenities and furniture looks economical. Will not use it except is the only one option available.

The only good thing of the ibis was the location
