Room confortable but pillows needs to be changed. Breakfast very basic and not a lot of choices.

Overall the property was clean, rooms were spacious. Breakfast had a good assortment of choices. We had no complaints, close to lots of restaurants, etc. would stay again.

As there is major construction around the hotel.It is difficult to get into the parking lot at this time.A heads up would have been nice. The construction made it difficult to find somewhere to eat and the staff were no help directing me where to go to get a meal , other than to suggest a food truck in the parking lot.

For us, it was a one night stop and it was a convenient location for us leaving Pearson Airport area and heading elsewhere the following morning. We did not take advantage of the cold breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Easy parking. Warm breakfast was nice but it was the exact same all 3 mornings I was there, no change or variety.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn Mississauga on Topflight Drive. The staff, especially those at the front desk, were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience very welcoming. The room was generally clean and comfortable. However, there is room for improvement in the housekeeping department. Upon arrival, I noticed used napkins, napkin waste, and some towels left behind by previous guests in a blue container under the washbasin. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who responded promptly and professionally. The complimentary breakfast could also be improved, both in terms of variety and overall quality. A wider selection of fresh food options would enhance the guest experience. Overall, I had a good stay, thanks largely to the excellent customer service provided by the staff, but improvements in housekeeping and breakfast offerings would make the experience even better.

Coffee, juice, and tea were also available. There was lots of parking, which was helpful because the area didn’t feel very walkable. Having a car or using Uber seems necessary. The hotel also has a vending machine with water, pop, and snacks. Staff were really kind, and the room was spacious and clean.

As an “accessible” room the amenities need adjusting. The hand held wand was removed from the shower. The towels were at an inaccessible height, as is the microwave. There is a table that blocked wheelchair access to the bedside. The coffee maker being pushed to the back and unplugged is not wheelchair accessible. Bathroom counter, dressing bench and shower bench were all fully accessible.
