Great place

Loved our stay, staff were super friendly and very helpful and attentive. Our only criticism would be that it would be nice to have the option to opt out of having our room made up daily, our toiletries didn’t need replacing every day or our towels changed.

Lovely stay in historic hotel, staff brilliant and rooms big and comfy

It’s very cosy hotel. Very convenient on Calle de Serrano to go anywhere, you can walk or take metro. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Definitely I will return to stay there again.

Really nice stay. Friendly staff, great location and beautiful inside. Only complaint is cold floor, which would be welcomed 10 months a year in Seville, but not in December!

The staff was excellent, the location is great and very convenient. The rooms are sizeable and everything was in great condition. The WiFi wasn’t the best for work purposes but useable on the phone. Brilliant stay overall, would stay here again on our next visit

Excellent hotel. Very clean with really good staff, particularly Patricia who checked us in with a smile at 1am in the morning when we arrived late. The room had everything we needed & bottles of water were provided daily. It’s an historic building with a courtyard but fully modernised. We enjoyed the sun terrace & bar in the afternoons.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Seville. The room was spacious, comfortable and in great condition. The breakfast buffet met our tastes perfectly with a great selection of hot and cold foods. Lastly the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a hidden gem, behind its low key facade located a stones throw from Setas de Sevilla. I found this hotel to be an oasis of calm away from the busy touristy streets on its doorstep. My room was clean and spacious with lovely high ceilings. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I can’t say enough good things. The best Spanish hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I hope to return soon

I have been in hotels all over the world, but NEVER one like this. The building is from the 16th century and from the moment you walk into it you can see what it used to look like and you can genuinely feel the history immediately. What is most special about it is that they had to preserve a lot of the structure of the building and this has lead to loads of little special nooks and crannies that give it a very special feel. We loved it. Our room was the only room on the 3rd floor and we had our own terrace.
