Very nice staff and wonderful food

Was very impressed with this hotel. Hotel was located in a safe area with loads of amenities on the door step. Room was spacious and very luxurious. Will definitely consider this hotel for our next trip to Athens.

The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful garden and patio. It is very central next to shops but very quiet. The food is excellent.

She made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. We booked as a family for a city staycation for a night. The reason for an average rating is overall lack of attention to details. They have an AC panel in the room however the temperature is centrally controlled. No ventilation in bathroom. All 3 of us woke up with strange bites on our skin that makes you wonder about bed mites. Mediocre breakfast without variety.

A few days in Athens and this hotel was beautiful in a very vibrant area.

Had a great experience at The Twentyone. The neighborhood is charming. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar on the property as well.

Staff was great

The hotel is under complete renovations. Currently not fit for guests with loud drilling banging workmen everywhere and dust and dirt. The room smelled strongly of paint. There are no communal areas and the reception is a makeshift table in a tiny cupboard. No parking facilities. Breakfast was very poor. We feel very angry that Hotels.com are allowing bookings without adequate warning,
