We smell smoking all over the hallways, but overall the room is good. The smoking smell is really disturbing, and our room is kinda noisy with the aircond sound.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location as well.

Actually the staffs are quite unfriendly with average to poor English, few smiles and loud conversation between them in dining room or everywhere in the hotel premises. Only some few staffs that are helpful like the room service or porter that delivered luggage. Location is superb because it 's right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Shopping Complex that is very strategic.

We booked extra 1/2 day for one room which is till 6pm; Sadly they refused to give us late check out till 7pm. There is no luggage reception at the door, there is no reception staff in the Spanish restaurant, the breakfast food is very average, and the service attitude of the dumpling waiter is very poor.

This hotel is less suitable for families, too ribet lift to the floor 61, I take 2 rooms, the 1st floor 34 and 1 again floor 61, any want to floor 61 I have to lobby first there is a special elevator can floor 61, not all The lift can go straight to floor 61, move the elevator, the hotel impression dark and not luxurious, like pub, not suitable for family, strategic location, easy to find food, call taxi uber pay to the hotel officer not to its driver, Much cheaper than paying to the hotel clerk, the waitress was a little angry because back and forth 2x asked for toilet paper and bath soap
