Great place. Only complaints are shower not always warm and TV did not seem to work.

The property is beautiful the views from the suites and throughout the Lodge are spectacular.

Worst checkin I have ever experienced - ever. Employees at reception should probably not be working anywhere they are so nasty, aunprofessional and inappropriate. Slow, rude, ugly behaviour on the part of ALL of their female reception staff. I was looking forward to staying, in fact planned a train trip out one winter just to stay there - which fell through. I went away with a 'never again' attitude. These people (esp.at reception) were over the top sickening. Sicky filth an the desk, and nothing extra in the room that worked (scale, makeup mirror, radio were all out of order) were also not appreciated. When I told them about the desk, their response was: well you need to request that your room be cleaned. That was my first night and stickyness on the desk was at checkin. Upon asking about a cash deposit over the phone, I was told that would be fine. Upon arriving I was told that they do not do cash deposits unless it is two times the night of the room, times two. For 2 nights: over 1500 in cash is what this imbicle at reception kept telling me would be required for a deposit. The rudeness and overtly ugly behaviour was nearly impossible to tolerate. Not all employees were completely sickening, however. In fact some were exceptional, shining examples of customer service.I would say it was the younger (Sassy-age) females were the problem.

Love the pool and hot tub at the lodge

Every staff member we had contact with was exceptional. My only complaint was a very loud snow blower right outside our first floor room at night.

Rally great experience! Awesome service and great ambiance. Only a few items didnt love: The phone was broken in our room and the batteries in the remote were dead. Then, just know there are a lot of kids, lots of yelling children running up and down the halls at all hours (of course not the hotel's fault but FYI for others staying there.) Overall really liked and would stay again!

So cozy with fireplace and very clean. wonderful location on the lake and access to walking/biking trail. Nice onsite restaurant and spa.

It was stunning and everything about our stay was perfect and easy. Will be back sooner than later. Best place ever!!

Great location and a very relaxing atmosphere. Outdoor hot tub was great in November and open late.

Beautiful property. 5mn from downtown

Front desk receptionist spoke extremely quietly and had a very difficult time with English. She tried to charge me an additional 34 dollar resort fee when I tried to check in. I showed her my receipt showing that i would only owe an additional 6.34 upon arrival after that she was quite rude to me. Then our room keys stopped working an hour before our check out and I had four freezing wet boys (took a final swim before check out and we still had 30 minutes to spare.) needing to get into the room. We tried calling the front desk for help and the same receptionist had no idea what we were trying to ask for. Giving that this is a "luxurious" hotel and the cost reflected it we had a very poor experience with the customer service.

Our stay at the Lodge at Whitefish was wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the s’more kits, our room was spacious and clean, the restaurant was delicious, and we had beautiful views. We would love to visit again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 30 times and it’s always perfect. Great rooms, fantastic staff, excellent food. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing lodge to stay at! Restaurant tasted amazing, hot tub great, and the beds were super comfy. The resort provided complimentary cruiser bikes that we rode along many bike paths along the river and through town. Great shopping nearby also.
