We had a very king room, very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Will default stay again.

This is a good basic hotel. Good place to stop for an overnight stay. Nothing is wrong with the place. Don’t expect miracles however.

We love to stay here when we come to Lethbridge. Great location, lots of parking and nice rooms.

No pool but a nice little hot tub

Room was clean though basic as far as amenities goes. Limited counter space in the bathroom. Bed was very noisy because of the type of base they have it on so that was the most annoying thing. Shower was hot and had water good pressure. For the rate that you pay here it was fine. No restaurant but there is one next door at neighboring hotel, and others close by. They had a free hot breakfast in the lobby.

I don’t like the $150 security deposit that needs a week to be redeposited back in my account.

The breakfast was simple but nice. The machines seemed to be slow. Toaster, coffee maker but they worked. Great location.

Clean room, staff answered any questions, Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, Room was not to hot or cold!

Everything was wonderful, beds were comfortable, stuff were very friendly

We have stayed before and if we can get a good deal we would stay again.

It's an old hotel, nice staff, it seemed cleaned, king bed was comfy and good.

Rooms are kept too warm - thank goodness AC was working.

Cards for rooms didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs three times. Not a very good place
