Friendly front desk staff. Liked the breakfast options. Very convenient location. Little shop was also nice.

Very close to the airport,

Impressive stuffed animals in lobby, but staff given low rating due to no smiles, except for the cook. Also low rating for house keeper not filling shampoo and conditioner dispensers ahead of time in room 311.

Friendly staff. Very helpful

Each staff member was polite, friendly and greeted us with a smile from the pick up driver at the airport, to the front desk and the cook. The hotel is inviting, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazingly soft and shower had great progress and heat. The breakfast was delicious. There were many hot food item choices and the cook, Winston, did a great job during our breakfast. - Robyn W.

Good location i tried to stay closer to the airport. The parking is convenient to the lobby. As soon as you walk in you'll see a wolf and bear displayed which was pretty cool. It has three foors rooms have a tv, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was huge. The shower curtain was a bit high. So water was getting in the floor. Free breakfast and coffee. With a 24hr gift shop.

Good stay

We got into Fairbanks after a very long day. Called the hotel and the shuttle came to pick us up within 10 minutes. Our friends who arrived earlier on a different flight did have shuttle problems and ened up taking a taxi Room is small and basic but clean. All we need for an overnight stay before moving on. Haven't had the included breakfast yet

The service was great, from airport pickup to help with rental car and general fun in Fairbanks information.

Convenient to airport. The bed was so lumpy that we cancelled our stay for the night before our return flight. Overall, not comfortable but super convenient to the airport for an early morning flight.

Love the stay.

Expedia showed this property to have a Hot Tub and Pool ... it does not and never has and was one of the reasons we went with this one. This is Expedia's fault though because if you look at their La Quinta page it not listed. 2 times now had Expedia get a listing wrong won't be a 3rd. It's attached restaurant is not open and never will according to staff as covid killed it but that wasn't really an issue for us. Very close to airport. We had to request they clean rooms and we were there for 4 days and they only cleaned 1 time. We just went and got fresh towels ourselves rest of time. Front desk staff was really nice and easy to work with.

It’s an average hotel nothing fancy it did the job we had bed and roof over our heads. Don’t expect too much from it.
