Guess there was a traveling party of visitors, they had no room for dining in the dining area was confined to room to eat which was so isolating and lonely for my first visit to Paris. At no time was the area ready for other visitors just no could have had one or two tables open for other guests.

There is a shower slash body shampoo provided although the machines need to be refilled soap was very low overall hygiene of the rooms was below standard. Front desk totally closes at night and there is no contact so remember your gate key number or you will have difficult to getting back in.

Everything is an upcharge, no drink or water given with dinner. No shampoo, limited soap in a lavatory container, almost empty. Showers wipe down not cleaned, mold in the corners of shower. Floor carpet could use a good vacuum, bottle under the bed so I know they haven't vacuumed under there in a while. Little dusty could use a wipe down counters & countertops. Sheets and bed were clean!!! No bugs or rodents. In an ok area off freeway, bit noisy. Not much in terms of restaurants to eat at McDonald's, KFC, two small shopping centers (grocery store sort of on the level of Aldi's) store where everything is frozen. Haven't seen a microwave on property. Groups coming in so you could not dine in the dining area you had to get your dinner to go back to your room. Salad was seriously two fork bites. Luckily they gave me sort of an appetizer, risotto with imitation crab and caviar. With another two fork salad, so all together I had a salad with four bites... Really six leaves of lettuce I tried not to count but it was too easy the size of baby spinach leaves. Beef bourguignon was just okay... I realize where the culture gets no seasoning food from. Very bland I know this is for people who can't eat high sodium but Jeesh Louise put some herbs in. Something to make it flavorful.I couldn't really taste the use of wine I know it's not supposed to be drunken beef. I've had richer beef bourguignon gravy. Bus stop is 5-7 min. Drive 45-1hr. fr Paris.

Facility was okay and welcoming. Staff must welcome guest and ask which language they are okay to communicate with (English, French, etc…)

This hotel is coming apart the outside appearence is bad needs paint and maintenance all around the rooms are smelly

It's a bit remote and next to a busy road - was ok for me as was working and would be ok ad base for daily travel but very little nearby. However the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent

Pretty handy location

Perfect for a one night stop over. Looked like a motel but it's fine for one night. Bed was v comfortable and I have serious spinal issues. A little more room than some rooms we've stopped in for one night. Shame about the bed/shower but I put a towel down to stand on. I needed some help getting in and out but there again fine and the shower was a good descent shower but water leaked out beside the glass panel.

We booked and paid in advance for two rooms for four of us. When we arrived at the hotel the manageress ( SONIA) in the hotel told us that she can give us only one room. We showed the proof of documents for the booking of two rooms. Even then she did not relent. She was very rude and unprofessional in her attitude. In our opinion she was not fit to hold office. Her demeanour was appalling. We were put through a horrendous ordeal and were so distressed and traumatised. We hold Expedia and the manageress of the Campanile hotel responsible for causing distress and embarrassment. We wish that no one goes through such experience.

Basic and location good for motel type stay. Cheap but not cheerful.

This Campanile is conveniently located nearby our customer, definitively affordable, with a great restaurant, and a staff that is extremely helpful, courteous, and does anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

Personnel courtois et sympathique. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Mais le seul problème c'est la sonorisation de la chambre

Personnel très souriant à l’accueil, prise en charge rapide de la chambre et service en restaurant très agréable. Chambre très propre, accueillante et confortable. Seul petit bémol, le parfum entêtant quand on rentre dans la chambre après le ménage, qui oblige à aérer avant de dormir (à éviter !) Dans l'ensemble, très bon séjour !!!

Chambres propres, personnel aimable, problèmes de douche. 1ère chambre : robinet de douche très difficile à manipuler, pomme de douche déboitée, l'eau coule n'importe où. Changement de chambre : meme problème de pomme de douche déboitée aussi!

Accueil très sympa Le repas etait bon, mais ne vaut pas la somme demandé, petite salade avec pas grand chose à plus de 7€, par contre, le plat était bon. Énormément de bruit avec la route juste à côté. Le chauffage dans la salle de bain HS. Le petit déjeuner, il n’y avait presque rien à manger, ça fait cher pour un petit bout de pain et une petite tranche de 4 quarts et un café. Très déçu, je suis un grand habitué des Campaniles.

proche de la N104 - francilienne, l'insonorisation des chambres est pour ainsi dire inexistante. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit ce qui oblige à la couper ; donc en hiver dans la nuit la fraicheur de la pièce se fait sentir et vous empêche de dormir correctement, associée au trafic routier intense. il est impensable que le groupe CAMPANILE n'est pas fait des travaux pour améliorer grandement le confort de ses clients. cela dépasse l'entendement et une grande méprise des clients...INACCEPTABLE !!!

Personnel très agréable, mais chambres bruyantes et problème d'isolation thermique. L'hôtel a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. Prévu en 2026 à priori.
