This property suited our needs for 1 night. It was close to the ferry terminal. It was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults.

The hotel was very clean and safe. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location near the cruise port. The only down side is there is a lot of construction going on near the hotel. Our room was updated and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The AC was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We enjoyed our 1 night stay before departing on our cruise. We’d stay here again.

No help with the bags at all. Just not t great service

The hotel is perfectly located close to the port. The room was clean and breakfast was ok. Just offered on the 7th floor with no bathrooms. The night staff was very nice, the daytime staff could have been nicer.

Maria was exceptional as she assisted and followed through on an incident with the transport company. Thank you so much Maria.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is is in a great location, very close to the Pier and everything was spotless. A special thank you to Maria, Anastasia and Kostas at the front desk. They were so welcoming friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Tatiana in the Breakfast area was wonderful, she was attentive, kind and made every guest feel so welcome -even the grumpiest morning travelers! We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again.

I was not expecting to be able to check in four hours early. I was also not expecting to be upgraded to a huge room with a balcony and a gorgeous view. Getting both of these things together was a wonderful surprise! The hotel is perfectly located near the shopping center of Piraeus and the port where all the cruise ships are, which is really convenient. All the staff are friendly, and speak English very fluently, which is great for tacky American tourists like myself. The breakfast is mouthwateringly delicious, even if it is a little pricey at 18 euros per person. But it is all you can eat, which helps. Only downside, which is barely worth mentioning, is that there was no storage or organizational space in the bathroom, which made primping a little challenging, but not a big deal. Oh, and the hand/body wash they provided smelled like caramel!

Fantastic place to stay! Store our luggage in lock room until room was ready. This allowed us to explore Barcelona without worry. Amazing breakfast!. Would stay here again!!

Good customer service but the amenities that were mentioned through hotels.com or not explain completely transportation was not included. There was a cost for the transportation and the breakfast that was advertised was also not included. There was a cost for the breakfast so ultimately the stay was okay but just not a lot of clarity provided

The staff was very helpful in giving information on local places to eat. I also liked that they were able to store my luggage while I was site seeing.

Stay was May 29th to 30th 2026 The customer service. My only concern was with the breakfast experience and the breakfast staff. We paid an additional fee for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and there were very few food options remaining. When we asked if items would be refilled, the staff repeatedly said no. We requested creamer and orange juice and were told that no more would be put out. I took a croissant and returned a few minutes later for another, only to find they were gone. When I asked if more would be brought out, the answer was again no. This was around 10:15 a.m., even though breakfast was scheduled to be served until 11:00 a.m. Several other guests came down during that time and were also left with very limited choices. In reality, breakfast was not available until 11:00 a.m.—it was available only until the food ran out. For guests paying extra for breakfast, I would expect food and beverages to be replenished throughout the advertised breakfast hours. Breakfast issue happened on May 30 2026

Shower à Little bit Small. It doesn’t mather because the rest’s is perfect. Closed to the métro.

Got to the hotel really early and was able to check in early for a fee. The room iteself was clean, the air conditioning worked excellent. The only thing I found not up to standards is the size of the shower. EXTREMELY SMALL with about a 5 inch lip and the base is approx 2' x 2' surrounded by a curtain next to the toilet. Very tight and no space for anything let alone your shower toiletries on the back of the toilet! :( We chose this hotel as it is close to the cruise port. we walked to the marina where there were some restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and were very helpful with the large map on the wall with our location and the surrounding area. Had a small load of laundry done for 11euros. done in 4 hours. Great service.
