Very helpful and great breakfast.

The place was very filthy , weird stuff going on with the check in clerk, lots of crew workers and that's ok if the place was clean for the regular guests , tv sucked with bunch of apps no regular programming , the food was gross I mean who wants to eat Costco meatballs for breakfast and I use them in my cooking so I know what they are , the selection of food super poor . I could go on but that's enough for now , we borrowed pillow cases from family members who live in dawson to cover the cases that were on the bed . We reserved for 3 nights , we drove 13 hrs to get there , we slept there and in the morning checked out

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the spacious room, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Hair dryer in room didn’t work. I did report it to front staff upon departure.

We were woken up at 11PM with a chirping alarm due to low battery. No maintenance person on site. No other rooms available. Could not fix, we could not reach it. We were able to move rooms at 1AM. No show, maybe? Also the pool, water slide and hot tub are all out of order.

Made reservations at this place for hot tub and pool only to find out at check in they weren’t working. They offered a pass to some place to use a hot tub but who wants to travel all day and then have to drive somewhere else to get what you paid for in convenience. I received a letter from them 24 hours earlier but nothing was mentioned about the hot tub and pool not available

Room was clean and well set up. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff very friendly.

Excellent staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is great. Amenities are terrible. Pool and Hot tub have been closed forever, and when you ask about it they say it will be fixed soon and working on it, I've been staying there consistently for over a year, never has it been opened. Gym is dirty and vending machine is serving warm drinks. I stay here because staff are good, rooms clean and great Price. Hope this helps.

Breakfast was awful. The bacon was swimming in grease and the eggs were gross. Staff was helpful. Chairs in lobby are dirty and old. Pool and hot tub weren’t working

Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were closed. Gym is small. Bathroom in queen rooms small. Need updated TVs.Staff excellent.

The free breakfast is a great feature. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hot tub was closed when we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast and staff are amazing. But hotel building it's self is run down a bit .
