If I were to stay again I’d chose El Diplomático … I liked everything about it Cleanliness, staff very welcoming , great location and the amenities Great experience

Todo muy limpio y muy buena ubicación pero el colchón demasiado duro, parecía que estaba durmiendo en el piso. No pude dormir bien.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated on Avenida Insurgentes with access to major stores, and public transportation. Didn't have opportunity to eat at the hotel, but had a major dining room

He llegado muchas veces a este hotel, y todo muy bien, pero esta vez el colchón de la cama era muy duro, de hecho no era acolchonado, era como dormir en el piso. La pasé fatal.

Location, clean , comfortable

Room and property are in very good condition. Walkable area, many restaurants and transportation. Good location. I recommend it.

During check in the rep saw me with the ID on my hand after I put it back into my purse She asked me for the ID The Air Conditioner was terrible, was noisy, according with the staff there is a control remote but never gave me one Had to wait 1 hour for maintenance to go fix it I needed to use the safety deposit box but the excuse they gave me was that the previous guest took the key. And that’s it no a solution to that problem Room was facing the street, really noisy until 11pm and start at 6am I left that hotel for a better one. stayed only one night

Well located south of the city

Excellent for business trip. Great food options around.

a bit dissapointing, sheets was tear and stained, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, towels felt scratchy, floor wasn't clean

Room was clean, staff did a nice job keeping it so. Building and rooms were rather dated, with virtually zero sound insulation; everything going on in surrounding rooms as well as outside noise was clearly heard and sometimes obtrusive while trying to sleep. Hotel is however very conveniently located and seemed a fairly safe area.

Hard beds, ripped bed sheets and blanket, smelly towels, sewage smell in the elevator.

Great value, room was spacious and bed was very comfortable . Staff were very helpful and courteous. Great central location. I will surely return to this hotel.

A decent hotel that for the price point offers the minimum basic accommodations!
