The hotel has enthusiastic service staff, fully implementing the process of welcoming guests from the moment they enter to the room. Clean. Although it is very near the market with a terrible business density like Platunam, the number of people staying in the hotel must be crowded, because the hotel is in the center, but very clean. The room overlooking the city is very beautiful, very busy during rush hour Thailand, the view from the Hotel is very beautiful.

I got free upgraded the room at high floor with amazing city view upon check-in. The breakfast was ok. Gym, swimming pool and sauna is well maintained. However, the room somehow need renovation to maintain the standard of 4 stars.

The hotel is old, only the rooms are spacious, the location is quite close to Pratunam and Talad Neon Night Market, 10-15 streets, 20 minutes to Platinum, 25-30 minutes to Central World, if you can get the price of 500 thousand, you can stay here if the above mending choose another hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, it looks like it's a little Indian area. Good quality clean hotel good food. Hallway rather dark and poorly maintained. Beds are rather thin but pillows are plenty. So overall okay. His bell is rude. Front desk and others okay.

Very good location very convenient, delicious breakfast

WiFi is not working and the person sent to fix the problem does not know how to do just standing there and make noise until I can't stand and ask him to leave. Complain until night time they agree to move me to another room with WiFi access. However they mentioned they will move my friend room which originally next to me to same floor too but not done. In the new room, I found the tea spoon is still dirty, very disgusting. Bed and pillow is not comfortable too. Surely no return again.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is pretty complete.

1) Receptionist not friendly (showing black face) during check in & check out 2) Room sound prove is poor, guest yelling along the corridor (called to receptionist to feedback if can do anything, however answered by who no able to understand English, and just hang up call) 3) Basin spoil Overall not meeting 4 stars rating. Will not recommend if you prefer quiet & pleasant stay...

I forgot that the item will be sent to the EMS to be rejected, despite the fact that we are ready to pay for it to feel terrible. The accommodation is priced at a high level but the service is like 500-900.- Really honest, have stayed. There are a lot of other places, both at home and abroad, have never encountered this Feel bad Therefore finding another way by hiring a messenger to pick up and deliver Would definitely not go back to stay again.

Very good and comfortable, breakfast very much choice, anyway very good.

We stay 2 nights here on 14-15 April 2018. Standard room with queen beds. Extra bed until small children free. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, ac is very cold, toilet with bathtub. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is quite strategic. The front of the hotel slalu there is a standby tuktuk waiting for the customer. Breakfast hotels in particular bread is worth a try, taste is very tasty, variants are many.

The rooms are spacious, the location is pretty strategic, can walk to the pratunam market or take a tuk-tuk in front of the hotel, around the hotel a lot of streetfood, and there is 7eleven .. breakfast less varied, lots of indian menu. Thanks

The room looks old-fashioned, the view is good, the food is good, you can walk to Pratunam.

So far so good, I will going to stay again when my next visit to Bangkok
