The apartment we got was facing the ocean…the view was picture post card…..Josh was fantastic and very obliging with a personal touch. The apartment was clean and well prepared for us. Plenty of parking Overall we loved our seven day stay

We stayed on the first floor with a pool view. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The resort was quite and the parking was convenient. Bed was large and comfy. The shower was great! I love a dual bath shower. Thankyou ☺️

The resort is older but better in many ways. We had an 8 day stay. The one bedroom apartment was on the top floor only accessed by 4 flights of stairs. This was a surprise, but was fine as we're now fit enough. It was also quieter and more private than lower levels. We did watch the air planes landing approach from bed after the lights were out, but they didn't disturb us. Much better than being on the take-off path. It was a challenge to hold a BBQ lunch for 6 (4 non-resident), but being in a fully covered facility in the gardens, all worked out well, despite a rain shower. The BBQ area and gardens are brilliantly maintained and gorgeous. We didn't use the pool as were too busy, but it looked good. We loved the easy care granite look manufactured stone and wrought iron (mock?) tables. So easy care and just what one needs on holiday. You can put your feet up on the coffee table after a hard day of walking. We didn't particularly like the manual (no cords) panel blinds on the balcony doors & windows, as they hooked up on the louvre handles. The kitchen is basic and tired, but once again was fine for us. We did not like the half size tea towel or scourer though as we did cook and wash up. With no dishwasher please allocate good cleaning supplies. The shower over the bath is a little awkward and we were a bit concerned about slipping. Parking was ample and the laundry in the apartment was handy for our length stay too. We'd definitely stay again with longer stay discount.

The garden setting and the u shape of the overall resort are lovely. The beach is very close literally metres away. Although the pool and spa are not heated it was still refreshing to have a dip due to the overall warm winter weather. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment so very convenient. The cons: Whilst the apartment is smoke free. There was smoke from other apartment that wafted in from the balcony so had to close the balcony door quite often. No oven however there is a microwave, toaster and electric cooktop. The ocean water was quite brown for quite a few metres out due most likely to river silt.

Pool is lovely. Room was big. Beach was fenced off. Streets lights very bright so pack an eye shade. I informed staff a would be arriving after 5pm, which is when the office closes mon thru Friday, noon Saturday and Sunday. Never recovered my entry code or internet details. So have no internet during my stay. Process could be improved.

Great location and very quiet. The stairs didn’t bother me at all but certainly something to be aware of - request lower floors if you don’t like stairs :)

The property overall matched the picture's and what was promised. But after the checkout I got charged the security deposit for a damage I have not committed, which the provider should have noticed after the inspection of the previous guest before my check-in. At check-in I wasn't informed to check for any damages. So this definitely feels sketchy since such a damage should definitely be noticed beforehand.

The location was amazing! It is up on the top floor with no elevator (so be sure you can do the stairs), but had a large balcony overlooking the ocean! We liked that it was in a less busy area and we could travel into downtown Cairns, beaches, Rainforests, Kuranda, etc. in our rental car easily! They had everything we needed to prepare foods, or wash clothes. Only issue was that there were tiny ants. They do ask you throw garbage away daily, but even that wasn’t quick enough. It helped that we stored everything in the fridge until we were leaving the room and could take our garbage down. The location and price made up for dealing with the ants. I would stay there again!

Free undercover parking. Great position on the beach and lovely rooms with washer and dryer which is super handy!

We had a great stay. The area is very quiet. There's a great cafe restaurant directly across the street and the patio of the cafe faces the sea. Every Saturday there's live music from 3-6pm. The bus runs runs right in front of the complex so it's easy to get to Smithfield mall in less than 15 minutes on the 120 bus or Cairns Central Shopping Center where you can find groceries at Coles or Woolworths. We really liked the apartment. The sofa and bed were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again.

The resort could use some upgrades in the living room furniture and air-conditioning. They also should ensure there’s enough toilet paper in the room before they arrive. We only had a partial roll of toilet paper so we informed them. They said they’d bring it to us the next day and never brought it. It only has a/c in the bedroom so the rest of the place doesn’t get the full effect of the a/c cooling system.

Beach across the street from the property is really nice but does not have chairs or umbrellas for rent so you'll need to bring your own. Also plan on bringing your own beach towels.

Staff, girl at counter was very nice to us. pool was great.

Checking in was easy, however the wifi didn't work. The air conditioning was in the bedroom only not the whole unit. There was no oven in the unit as indicated

We enjoyed our stay here. As we had a longer stay and from interstate would have been good if when they did the refresh they replenished the Tea and Coffee etc. Also wifi was always dropping out and I used a lot of my data on my phone to watch Netflix, etc.

Needs a massive renovation, it’s smelly, dirty, beds so uncomfortable and the pillows ! It’s very out dated. It’s absolutely NOT a four star! Wouldn’t recommend! Not going back!
