I really wish I did not have to write this review, as I believe the staff were a wonderful group of people who genuinely wanted to help. However, during check-in, I had to change rooms three times because of poor cleaning standards. The location is great, and the staff are kind and helpful, but the basic level of cleanliness was not acceptable. In addition, the rooms and the hotel in general feel old and should have been updated a long time ago. Overall, this was far from a pleasant experience.

The hotel was suitable for our needs. It is definitely dated but it is clean and was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. We got a triple which was kind of cramped, but the breakfast was good. We also got room service one night and the pizza was better than I expected from a hotel restaurant.

Great stay while I was in Thessaloniki!! The staff were fantastic and very accommodating when my puppy was dropped off to me the night before check out! They even had treats for him!

This is a discent hotel located near the promenade and if you like walking it is a perfect match to get to the center without car. There is also a bus station behind the hotel.

Conveniently located for me although outside traffic noise was heard from 2nd floor room. Toilet was leaking slightly. Shower stall typically confined. Breakfast was fine.

A well located hotel in urgent need of a radical renovation. Although the staff is friendly and professional, some of them need better training. Not suitable for being pet friendly as there are carpets in the rooms than can cause allergies to guests. The service in general is good. The sound insulation could be better. Overall it complies with its 3-star service rating.

Although the hotel needs remodeling, it met my needs just fine. It was clean, I had plenty of hot water and air conditioning, and the staff took care of me very well.

Very disappointed to find three was a huge difference in the photos of the hotel on the website and the real life features. The wall of the room looked very tired and could do with a bit of touch up. The rooms were small and claustrophobic. The hotel itself was just carved out from a residential/commercial building with noisy traffic all round. There was no tea making facilities either in the room or at reception. No vending machine either. The breakfast was very monotonous. The only positive bit for us was the staff who were excellent and very friendly.
