Beautiful hotel in Tralee. Close to many paths and good restaurants. Short drive to Killarney for tours. Mini fridge and fan in room. Would recommend

Had wonderful AC… which was much appreciated during this heatwave! Breakfast was fabulous. Buffet as well and order off the menu option for hot meals. Very professional and helpful staff.

A fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. Immaculately clean, gregarious staff, comfortable air-conditioned room, well equipped fitness center, and a large assortment of delicious foods from which to choose at the breakfast buffet.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Every employee at this hotel was so helpful and so nice. I especially liked Abbey at the front desk she was amazing.

Staff were friendly, room was spacious, air conditioner worked great, food at Dott's was good. A solid experience. Only 15 minute walk to center of town.

The hotel itself looks gorgeous, grounds are maintained beautifully. The lobby is old school and lovely. The not so good is the beds, our bed was like sleeping on a plywood board, it was so uncomfortable that we barely slept, the pillows were just as horrid. We had a late dinner in their bar restaurant, the food was bland and looked like a 10 year old prepared it. So sorry, for us this was a no return hotel

Nice hotel. Conveniently located for our trip. Minor complaint is that tour buses seem to always block front of hotel. Perhaps just bad timing for us.

Check in staff were very friendly and professional. Had dinner in the bar, food was nice, my only issue was the 59c add on for the burger, seriously, just add it into the price!! Also, tv service very poor, would have thought there would be smart tv that we could log into Netflix on
