The room itself isn’t particularly spectacular, but it absolutely delivers great value for the price. Everything was clean and well maintained, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent. The location is also a major plus—right across the street you’ll find plenty of restaurants and a food court with a wide variety of options. If you’re up for a short walk, the dining choices get even better along Isidora Goyenechea. And if you’ve made it this far into my review, consider it a sign to treat yourself to a meal at Pinpilinpausha—you won’t regret it.

The experience at Pullman was the same as a Holiday Inn so price/quality wise it was underwhelming. For that price, you better stay at the Hyatt Centric. Much better hotel and hotel facilities.

Excellent location & amazing costumer service

Given that this hotel is rated 5-Stars, overall our stay was disappointing and well overpriced for the standard offered. The room was very ordinary and more like a 3-stars hotel.The bed was uncomfortable and the food in the restaurant was well below average for a 5-Stars hotel. Furthermore, communication was poor regarding our request to linking our room to our group tour for the following 2 days. On a positve note the location was great. However, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Great staff and the food was of a very high standard.

Location is great, across from shopping mall Tobalada, 5min walk to Costanera. 2min walk to metro. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking lot free of charge. Minus for not having a spa (at least sauna), plus for gym which is open 24h. Top floor of the hotel have a swimming pool, but no heating, so in the winter you can practice Wim Hof method. Price is fair, and I would definitely stay again.
