The worst hotel. Staffs are rude and the bouncer after midnight? Student accommodations at best.

It’s very close to Manchester Piccadily Station. The room is so spacious too.

During my stay, I booked for 2 days in 2 family rooms and wanted to extend the room for 1 day in NYE. Unfortunately, the family room was full so we couldn't book it and had to book twin room. After we checked in, the front desk officer said that we can stay in the same room (family room) so we don't have to change our rooms. The room was great, it's big even though the extra bed is very short (<2 m I guess and your foot will surely be hanging). In the last night (NYE Day), we opened our rooms and found our luggages has gone missing and there's another guests in our room. We're very shocked and ran to the front office. The front desk officer who's working that night told us that we can't stay in the same room since there'll be another guest. He told us that we have to move since we booked different room type for our last day and he thought that his friend supposed to call us yesterday, but in fact we didn't receive any prior notice. He even tried to take the blame on us because we brought 3 guests in twin room (supposed to be 2 guests/ room). It didn't make sense because we've already tried to book the family room and we're okay if we have to pay additional charge in the first place (and we said that when we checked in). We're very angry because all of our stuff was gone (they moved our clothes, jackets, camera, hand purse, all of them). In short, I think the front desk office had a miss-communication with each other and the worst part: they didn't even say "sorry" after they removed our luggages without us knowing. During our check out, the front desk officer told us that he will check whom of his friend who told us that we can stay in the same room. After all, he offered us a free taxi to go to the station. Not a best experience so far, especially since it's NYE day and we found our luggage has gone missing. We won't stay in this hotel again for sure.
