This hotel is in a key position to visit Montreal. It’s right outside old Montreal, and easily accessible to anything we wanted to do. Easily walkable the staff are what make this hotel really stand out other than location. The happy hour was a joke. The quality of the drinks left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was very good. And as I said, the staff were over the top with the exception of the gentleman that checked us out, everyone could not be better. One note is on the very last day we were told they were working on the hot water and it would not be available from 9:30 in the morning till after four in the afternoon, which was a big inconvenient but we managed. Well, we didn’t count for was that at 5 o’clock in the morning getting ready to catch our flight we would not have any hot water still. When mentioning at the front desk, they put the owner on us saying we should’ve called them at five in the morning for them to fix it. I thought that was laughable and totally disrespectful to the customer who was trying to get dressed and out the door in time to meet a flight. This gentleman was not indicative of the other staff at the hotel. I can recommend this hotel because of the location and the people that work there.

Happy hour and breakfast were added bonus.

Great place it’s on edge of old Montreal so you can enjoy this New world

Location is great, short walk to Old Montreal and the convention center is next door. Just renovated so rooms are fresh and new.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast

The cleanness of my room was the element I liked the most.The breakfast had a variety of healthy foods. I could also enjoy the FIFA World Cup matches down in the lobby. This place is enjoyable in a variety of ways.

My second time staying here! Staff are awesome.. shout out to the manager Kelly, and to Joey and Chelsea in restaurant /bar.. they made our stay all the more pleasant! Free breakfast buffet and the provided 2 free drinks each at every happy hour! Underground parking is great!! Bed was super comfy.. kitchenette is very nice.. tv in living room area as well as a tv in bedroom I give this hotel 5* out of 5 will return

Embassy Suites is excellent - the room given to us was a king suite , very spacious with two televisions; the breakfast is cooked to order and they make fresh omelettes and pancakes for you , there is happy hour complimentary drinks and snacks . It is extremely conveniently located in downtown and is a quick 10 min walk from major attractions like Notre Dame Basilica, and Old Montreal/ Old Port. Overall , it was an extremely pleasant stay for us.

We were in a handicap accessible room which was nice and spacious but no closet. There was an AC issue requiring three service attempts but it was resolved. The staff was very prompt, polite, and courteous. The room was lovely and all the staff were very helpful and so nice. Great place to stay.
