My daughter & I stayed for a week. Next time we return, will plan to stay longer. Entire staff; bellmen, desk clerk, greeters, housekeeping, waiters, and, shuttle driver were at utmost friendliest and courteous throughout our stay. The fountain at the entrance was surrounded by luscious green plants, birds chirping in wee hours of the morning & the sound of water trickling alongside the fountain was amazing. The room with very comfortable double beds was beautiful. The rain shower in the bathroom was so soothing. In the restaurant m, breakfast, dinner, drinks, and desserts were delicious. And again, service was superb. Location of hotel is in the center of town and walking distance to the Cathedral, restaurants, stores, and many other commercial businesses. As mentioned before, we will definitely return. Just loved it!

This place is absolutely stunning! The staff here are welcoming and not because it’s their job. You feel it in the atmosphere. This is a very enchanting experience and this Hotel is a one of a kind gem and I pray it remains that way forever. The food is amazing but what makes it even better is the attention the staff provide to all whom they serve. Will do my best to return here. Loved everything about this magical place💕

The hotel is stunning and located in the heart of Morelia. My only concern was that I had paid for a deluxe room and they gave me a regular room. I had to pay extra to get upgraded, I thought it was unfair.

Beautiful, spotless, absolutely great service, wonderful restaurant and staff. Right in the center of Morelia’s historic district.

Great place. Just lacks amenities. The breakfast and dinner were some of the best. Yet, keep in mind they do not offer free breakfast which for a hotel at this price point, it would have been nice to be able to wake up and grab a quick snack before heading out ( like most hotels offer). For that reason along I would not give it a full 5 stars but a 4/4.5

I traveled with my wife and found this property to be incredibly well kept, with friendly staff, and a great overall service. The location is also perfect to visit downtow and to use as a hub to get around Morelia.

El hotel está bien ubicado, limpio, buen mantenimiento y muy bonito, el único problema es que los fines de semana, por las tardes/noche es un poco complicado llegar en auto a la puerta del hotel por el tráfico, pero el personal hace todo lo posible por ayudar.
