Room was clean, but in need of attention. Paint was worn off the walls, walls had patching that wasn't painted back over, bathroom tiles were cracked, it looked like the toilet seat had been burned by a torch, the shower is probably still draining from the shower I took yesterday. Overall, the place needs to invest in maintenance and upkeep. It was worn out. I will say the staff were very friendly and helpful though.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel does look like it has seen better days. The room I got had quite a lot of imperfections (cracks on the walls, chipped paint, dirty walls) and it felt grimy in general but I openend the window and that helped. The bathroom did feel clean. The gym is fairly big for a small hotel and they had dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs. Really appreciated that there's a shuttle from the airport to the hotel

Overall it wasn’t bad for the price compared to other places. Was able to save lots of money with the in suite kitchen. Room was spacious, black out curtains were clutch. It’s within walking distance of everything downtown so there is lots to do around it. Big issues were cleanliness. Room cleanup they only rotated the sheets which was easy to tell since the small stain that was towards the top of the bed was rotated near the foot of the bed after room was cleaned. I also received a towel with an old massive poop stain on it which was folded to cover it. Called the front desk and didn’t get an answer so just used the other towel. Overall, you get what you pay for and this was on par with what was expected.

Old building not well maintained. Carpet in room not clean. Elevator interior filthy. TV not working properly. Each time it was “fixed” it could not be shut off. Room received little or no housekeeping service over four days. Window screen broken. Fridge very noisy. Air conditioner worked but had a ketchup pouch wedged into the side ostensibly to prevent vibration. All in all…..poor.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The first night the toilet flooded and the second day the bathtub wouldn’t drain. The rooms were clean n the staff were helpful except for the older lady who wouldn’t give me a receipt for my room for 2 nights staying. The younger lady was very helpful. No problem with the guys n very polite. I find the parking lot is not enough room to park n they should have more parking space for the disabled people as they have only one.

Very shifty people hanging around,definately old building

Perfect place to act as a base for exploring Yellowknife with two kids and a dog. Great location, kitchenette was fantastic. Cooked meals in the room. Cool Canadian Shield outcrop in the lobby. Very happy.

Everything was good and all went as planed, The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay for Damage deposit, 250.00 and I'm not a drunker and I don't like damaging hotel rooms, either then that, very clean and respectful stuff. Thank you

It’s fine. Definitely felt pretty dated. I felt the price didn’t reflect the room very well. Very expensive for low quality.

Staff was understanding and accommodating. However I split the room with a friend. I had gone out for the night and when I came back the next night, I was rudely interrupted while I was in the shower and got kicked out and the authorities were called when I did nothing wrong at all. I was not notified about My 'former' friend, allegedly smoked in the room and was kicked out when I wasn't around during the incidents and I wasnt notified of panything that had happened by the staff or the friend.

Parking was very accessible, clean room, very quiet

I loved my stay. Spotless room, great staff, lovely bed and bedding, restaurant with happy staff. Great location with tour pickups also. Just a great place.

Airport shuttle available, okay rooms

Had a great time.Room was clean with all the amenities.Location was very convenient. Front desk was very helpful. They even lend their block heater cord for our vehicle. Special thanks to ARSH and FATHIMA. Highly recommend.
