It was an amazing experience. Never hear much about P.R but amazing and entertainment for the whole family! Dining can be pricey so ask around and explore street off main strip to get better food / deals

Paid for three nights and due to missing our planes we arrived 1 day late and this hotel literally took all of our money without giving any kind of credit on the other two nights and still made money both ways by re-renting the room out to someone else

Great place. Main bldg rooms could use dome upgrades. But s great experience.

Service was great! Staff was friendly! Pools were clean, great towel and umbrella service!

Great place to stay will definitely be back

The hotel and amenities were very nice and exactly what I hoped for in most respects, but there were a few issues. First, when we arrived for the first booked night, we were told that--because of renovations--they didn't have a room for us that night. They had not tried to contact us earlier to let us know. We only learned this when we walked up to the desk to check in. They did provide us with a room at a nearby hotel and transportation to and from that hotel, but it wasn't the same quality. They did also give us a credit on our bill as well as telling Expedia to refund us for the one night, but still the lack of any forewarning was very surprising and inconvenient. Second, we were surprised that housekeeping often didn't make it to our room until after 4:00 p.m. (when we usually like to take a nap). And third, as other reviewers have said, on Friday and Saturday night we could hear the bass and drums of the music in their nightclub until 4 a.m. Not great for our sleep. All that said, the staff at the front desk, restaurants, and on the beach were all very friendly and helpful. I'd consider staying there again on a weeknight.

We had a great time at the LaConcha We had spa services which were fantastic The room view was great my only feedback is nothing you can really do about it but the room is really small and it was too bad we didn’t have a balcony other than that the hotel was perfect

The room I reserved was not available, so they put us in a smaller room. Multiple parts of the resort were under construction, which meant certain areas were inaccessible and there was constant noise. At least one elevator was always out of service. They attempted to charge me for things they said would be free. I could go on, but it's not worth my time.

Maravilloso hotel.

Pleasant stay, very convenient location and beautiful beach to relax on. The staff was great, always accommodating, especially Jimmy at the Lobby Bar. Like some had mentioned, the music/noise from the club at nights can keep some light sleepers up for sure. And the lobby bar was being renovated as well as other portions of the hotel so that added to the noise levels. If you can get passed all the noise, this place is for you.

Waiting 2 hours past check in time for our room, hair dryer wasn’t working in room, asked for a replacement twice, never received it. Shower trickled water, friends who stayed in another room didn’t have that issue with shower. All in all would not return.

Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. We like to get air flow and hear the waves, but not in this hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food reasonable priced. The main area for dining was under construction and therefore could not dine ocean front. Again dissappointed.
