This hotel was awesome. The location is great. It close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was fun too! The hotel had a nice patio area to sit out on and have a drink. The pool area and lounge chairs were fantastic as you got to look over the city to the sea. The breakfast was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

All 4 nights we stayed, the breakfast was served exactly the same everyday with not many items and not much to eat if you are a vegetarian. In the night the room could not get dark due to the outside balcony light because the curtain covering was not good. The bathroom was small especially the shower stall.

We had the family room for 4 nights. Pros: good location (It was only a 15 minute walk to the marina and meeting spots for tours), spacious rooms, beautiful view from the pool, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: Housekeeping didn't make it to our room the first day and very little in terms of conveniences. We had just spent 4 nights in Rome at a hotel that was about the same rate and they provided SO much more: slippers, free mini bar (that included beer, water and juices) vanity kits, place to refill your water bottle and ice for free, lotions, they even loaned us a hair straightening iron! This hotel did not offer anything like that. The lack of conveniences didn't break our experience, but for the rate we paid, it would have been nice to at least have free water by the pool. (We had to pay for bottled water.)

Great location, pool, communal spaces and breakfast staff, mattress was quite poor however. Writing this review as I wanted to highlight to others that there is very limited parking on site. You will have a valet service which is EUR 25 per night. Definitely ask for your vehicle to arrive back at the hotel for your use at least 15 minutes before you actually need it. They were late every time which impacted our Pompei tour and returning the car to the rental company.

Room was clean and upon arriving the room had strong smell of paint . Staff were fine and the shower has poor water pressure and tap water trickling and breakfast not great to my standard and less selections and room was hard to heat up as it was cold out .

Great location, just past shops and restaurants. We had a balcony with a beautiful sea view.

Loved the hotel and the location, breakfast was amazing. The only thing was missing was the room service and the coffee maker in the room.

We spent 5 days at the hotel. Staff were excellent, helping with arranging two tours and answering any questions we had. Due to the time of year, central air had already been turned off, so the room remained a little warm, but not overly hot. If there is one area to improve, it would be the mattress on the bed. The current mattress was very firm and somewhat uncomfortable as we could start to feel the springs. Might be time to update the mattress. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were good, great location and good breakfast. Our shower could be better along with air con. But overall a good experience

Staff was very nice. They helped with anything. Location was close enough to things but required a decent amount of walking to major areas. But we liked that our area was quiet and we had a balcony with a view.

Overall not for me this hotel . Breakfast not as much verity and choice as its only 3 star hotel staff is great at the bar /restaurant. Room was smelled of bleach and bathroom need it upgrade. Towels and bedding was clean and fresh but duvet was stained we had ti asked for replacement. Great location walkable to anywhere right in centre but end of main street much quieter but in Italy its quiet at night time anyways, loads places to eat drink and shop. Was packing available in hotel but €25.00 p/night not too bad for Sorrento. The pool is very very tiny i cant call it pool so on website pics looks good but in reality not a pool like big bath on the roof, we didnt use it at all . I would say its 3 star hotel no more .Overall we had great time in Sorrento it was our last 4 days in Italy after Maratea, Ravello, Amalfi, Praiano and Positano, shame the last 4 days in worst hotel

Very nice place that is in great proximity to so much. You can walk anywhere in town and we also walked to Bagni Regina. The restaurant attached, Nino’s, is excellent.

Can’t say much negative about this hotel. The pool view is stunning, staff were good - excellent service from the breakfast chef who always greeted us with a smile and brightened the mood, breakfast was excellent. Walkable, a little up from the belly of the beast which was really nice. Room was spacious but our only complaint was that the walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations in the room next to us. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d bring ear plugs.

The breakfast buffet was ample with an additional touch of the chef’s presence to personalize the egg dishes. Opportunity to brush our Italian although the staff were conversant in English.

The hotel was beautiful! It was a perfect location. The staff was excellent! They were always friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. Pay for a seaview room or you will be in what feels like the basement. Something else to note which is out of the control of the hotel is that the pool area and sun deck are in shade by 4:30 in the afternoon. Both areas are nice and clean, but the sun is behind the cliffside which casts a shadow on the pool area. The reason I mention it is because I like to take a dip after an excursion and the shade at the pool was a bummer. We were there in September. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with directions, reservations, anything really.

The hotel is located near the shopping and restaurants. It has fantastic view of the Bay of Naples. The staff are friendly especially the morning crew at the breakfast buffet (Ana). Stated 5 night and will definitely come back at this hotel.
