Great reception at the hotel. Loved our Junior Suite Great comfy bed & fluffy pillows! The shower felt a bit small but we enjoyed regardless Great location with the lake just across the road we will definitely go back

This property was recently renovated and it’s completely refreshed and up-to-date. We had a lakeside room on the 2nd level with a huge balcony. With a sitting area with couch TV and fireplace, kitchen with big fridge, cooktop and dining table and chairs for 2, a separate bedroom area and bathroom, you never need to leave! It provides a fantastic view of the lake and located centrally for easy walking around town. We will stay here again!

Fantastic property right on the lake. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Will definitely recommend & hopefully be back in BC to stay there longer.

Such a great stay here in Harrison. The hotel was clean and organized, we could tell it had been recently renovated. The building was well kept and the staff were very kind. They even got us a complimentary champagne bottle for our 3 year anniversary! My one complaint was that the staff had told me over the phone that we had access to the pools next door at the resort until 11pm but that was not the case, which was unfortunate. Next door there was also construction that started at 8:45am and woke us up but that wasn't the hotels fault. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because it was overall a beautiful experience :)

The location was great walkable to everything..the building was clean and new and well maintain. Only the water pressure in the shower was not strong. But otherwise our Stay is amazing. We will be back again.

Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor.
