La place est super, très propre et très bon service. Belle grande suite avec balcon.

Parking is easy! Lots at the front. staff was friendly and helpful! Hot tub and pool were great and fun! Cute little bar at the front where someone plays live guitar.

My spouse and I chose to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in Mont Tremblant because we have enjoyed many wonderful trips there in prior years. I explicitly chose Chateau Beauvallon based on the Expedia listing. Unfortunately, our visit was a disappointment and not the experience we expected. I wanted to bring several severe lapses in standard to your attention: Atmosphere & Facilities: The hotel itself is noticeably showing its age and appears in need of immediate repairs and attention. The furniture outdoors required cleaning prior to using. The grounds required upkeep and the foot high weeds at the round about entrance, dont belong. The room is spacious, the bathrooms were very clean, but the carpet needs cleaning or replacement. There is no murphy bed as advertised. The cook top was cracked. The pictures on Expedia site about the outdoor spaces/ the grounds are misleading and NOT accurate Service and Hospitality: There was insufficent cutlery in the kitchenette. I had asked a hotel staff in the hallway for some cutlery, but I was told to go to reception for this. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights at Chateau Beauvallon. In this time, no staff came to collect our used towels or our garbage. Chateau Beauvallon is certainly NOT a place we will visit again. As for Expedia, it was most disappointing for me to have used my $98.75 credit on this booking. This was a most unfortunate choice of hotels, influenced by Expedia's recommendations.

Perfect location to all the sites in the area. Spacious room with 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and an outdoor patio to sit outside and enjoy some nature with your morning coffee. Very happy with our stay here!

Bien situé a quelques.minutes de la station. Malheureusement la propreté etait déficiente, poussière sur les meubles et le mobilier de la chambre. Peinture écaillée sur le balcon qui aurait bien besoin d'amour et de peinture.

Great place to stay. it's got that old charm look. Lounge was beautiful, excellent customer service.

Le canapé-lit est extrêmement inconfortable. Dormir dessus donne l’impression de dormir sur un lit d’épines. Je suis très déçu de son niveau de confort. Pour aggraver la situation, j’ai contacté l’hôtel pour obtenir de l’aide. La gestionnaire à qui j’ai parlé au téléphone m’avait d’abord promis de m’aider et m’avait dit qu’il serait possible de me déplacer dans une autre chambre le matin. Cependant, lorsque je lui ai reparlé le lendemain matin, elle a complètement refusé de respecter ce qui avait été promis. Au lieu de cela, on m’a demandé de payer un supplément pour une autre chambre ou de communiquer moi-même avec Expedia. Cette expérience a été très frustrante et décevante, surtout après avoir reçu l’assurance que le problème serait réglé.

Great stay close to the action

We had a very nice stay the first time, so we booked it again. However, this time, there was no shuttle service to the village, the spa was out of order, and the water in the interior pool was cold! I was kind of disappointed, but still, we enjoyed our stay.

Tout était parfait. La tranquillité, la propreté des lieux et le personnel toujours disponible, souriant et courtois. Nous y retournerons et nous le recommanderons sans aucun doute.

3ieme fois à l'hôtel toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes, super propre, personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Les vendredis et samedis profitez en pour aller voir Chris au bar, il met une ambiance de fête dans l'hôtel, il nous fait vivres des bons moments où l'on peut décrocher du quotidien. À refaire!
