Hot tub was missing the dial to turn on jets. Other than that the hotel was great!

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The room was well prepared when we arrived, and the check-in process was simple. The bed was comfortable. The staff/host was polite and helpful whenever we needed something.

Friendly staff. No frills stay. Great value for price. Kids loved the pool and slide. Rooms looked updated but in the future could use glasses in bathroom or a couple of bottles of water. Internet good. Gym has no weights just one treadmill and a few bikes/eliptical. Breakfast was fine. Bagels/cream cheese fruit juice.

Nice place ! Pool a bit old and small and some stuff is not working but kids love it anyway

Suite spacieuse et propre. Grand bain tourbillon face à la télévision. Foyer décevant car difficile à trouver le fonctionnement (3 boutons!) et ne projette aucune lumière. Personnel courtois. Déjeuner bien, mais très simple.

Came to St-Sauveur to spend the weekend. Stayed at this hotel and it was a bad decision. Rooms were dusty. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, we even found food crumbs on one of the beds. The room above us was so noisy all night with kids jumping and screaming till 2am and then again at 7am. I had to call front desk multiple times and nothing was done !! The morning staff was so rude and had to beg the receptionist to tell them to stop. Also hot tub fits very small and jets don’t work. Definitely the last time I’ll be staying here. Disappointed for the amount $ we paid, I expected better way better than this !!

La chambre était très bien, mais malheureusement, mon conjoint sais faite mal à la piscine dans la glissade…et le déjeuner êtes basique…. Je m’attendais à mieux…

Toute était ok

Room was quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good but could use more protein/low sugar options like plain Greek yogurt or cheeses.

We had a handicap room ,the breakfast was really basic , the jet in the spa where not working

Hockey team that had no respect

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble sauf que le bain tourbillon (spa à côté de la piscine) ne fonctionnait pas..ce qui nous a grandement déçues !
