We stayed for three nights and though it was raining cats and dogs it was such a nice moment to have friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was convenient, though the elevator parking was a new experience. I liked the ingenuity. Beautiful area, good food and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous stay, amazing breakfast, spotlessly clean room and helpful staff, would completely recommend and the main bus station is just across the road, so very convenient for Salzburg

Yes everything was excellent

The hotel claimed that Expedia didn't tell them that I had children staying in THE FAMILY ROOM so they charged me twice the rate of the room I paid for and refused to send me an itemized invoice even after I requested it! They are scammers. I put 2 adults and all my children's information into Expedia prior to checking in. Also, the reception desk isn't open 24 hours, which was very inconvenient.

Centrally located across the main train station and within walking distance to town. Friendly staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast served on the top floor with views of the mountains. Will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Avalon hotel. Its really modern and a short walk into the centre of Bad Reichenhall, which is a beautiful town. The breakfast was excellent and the staff really friendly. Its a great base to explore the area, would definitely recommend.

The newly refreshed facilities felt very clean and modern. The breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed the sparkling wine and fresh raspberries. The place was worth every euro.

The hotel is located across the train station. For shopping and a wider selection of dinining options you have to walk for ca 10 minutes. The casino is nearby. Breakfast was included in the room price, the selection and quality was good. I would recommend the hotel.

This is one of the nicest hotels my husband and I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff were very friendly. There is a restaurant walking distance from the hotel that was wonderful!

This hotel was so cute!! Very boutique with lovely smelling toiletries and cozy beds. The breakfast was impeccable and a view to match it.

Hotel was refurbished in Jan 2020. Covid 19 cleanliness practices are very good. Access to road ways was very good. Staff spoke english and was helpful. Breakfast had all the items that was normal for a German hotel prior to Covid 19. The mountain views from the 5th floor breakfast room were beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and well return on our next stay to Bad Rechenhall.
