Not a four star hotel. More like bad student accommodation with prison vibes. We have stayed in better budget, even lower star hotels. Just a strange place. The receptionist was unwelcoming and abrupt and no smile or friendliness. The rooms are cramped and so basic. The carpet is worn and like it’s been pulled from a an old office. The floors were incredibly hard and rough, and my daughter feel off the bed and badly bashed her head and it also scraped her skin. We asked for two cots a few days before arriving and we got a lot of defensiveness and rudeness from reception on check in, until it was sorted. Air conditioning doesn’t really alter the temperature - just stays on the same setting so it’s warm in the rooms. There is no amenities in the rooms apart from a small tv, desk, chair, bed and a soap clamped to the wall. No kettle, no water, no welcome information, no personal touches in the room at all. The basic room and metal stairs feel like a prison. We didn’t use to pool as it was in the shade. There is a scruffy balcony you can sit out on which is good for some fresh air but you are overlooked by your neighbours. The hotel is near the beach which looks good but not many restaurants were open nearby as it was Tuesday and they all seemed shut. The bedding and towels thankfully seemed clean but the bathroom is tired and basic.

Great for us as we had an overnight stay before flying home. The Hotel has a good location, the beach is close, but it is a 4km walk into Palma - albeit a nice walk along the promenade, passing beaches and marinas!

Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood near the beach. Only negative was the lack of plug sockets in the room - just one!

Great hotel, close to the beach, plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were very well maintained.

Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.

We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and good value for money for a good base. Would stay here again!

I enjoyed my staff close to beach and bus to city

Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a 20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets. Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful.

The balcony room was really nice. The bathroom is a bit small and definitely hard for a couple to manage together in the morning. Good location, quiet area, good food nearby.

Really fantastic location, 30 seconds to the beach, fantastic restaurant next door, 7 minutes on the bus to Palma and buses are every 10 minutes or so. Rooms aren’t huge but we had a sea view and little balcony. We chose to buy our own breakfast (pastries) and coffee from a local coffee shop 2 minutes away on the same road and eat on the balcony which was lovely. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Beds are firm and comfortable with quality white cotton bedding. The carpet and headboard showed some signs of wear and could do with an update but nothing to detract from all the positives

Lovely location very close to beach. Hotel rooms are quite basic. Pool is excellent.
