221 -AC was very loudly when turning on and off on auto. Refrigerator and microwave had no power when entering the room. They had to go get an extra cord to plug if in. Had to wait for the refrigerator to cool for my items

Helpful friendly staff

Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Excellent check in clerk, but rooms are dated.

The front desk agent assigned us a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone already in the room. Then there was little to no remorse or apology by the front desk person about the gaffe.

We arrived late, the check out was quick and the service was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

The staff was excellent and the room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Very hard and lumpy. The shower was awful. The head would not stay up and kept falling down. Other than that everything was good.

The staff was great. We had a problem with the toilet and they promptly got us moved to another room very close so it wasn’t a hassle

Room was booked a month in advance and when we got there they put us in a dirty room

Everything was fine at this hotel. No problems with anything. Loved the towels, very soft! Beds and pillows weee comfy!! Hotel was very quiet!!

Quite place to sleep

Room was nice. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. We arrived late and our room had chips on the floor by the bed. Too late for housekeeping to take care off. Too tired to mess with after arrival. Expressed to front staff upon checkout.

Property has very limited dining options nearby & is not up to par for what is supposed to be a better hotel.

Bathroom needs updating. The curtain looked old. The shower was a tub converted to a shower. Poor work. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned. Check in staff were friendly.

My overall stay was very pleasant.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Alexandria was really great! It is very clean, comforting, and had everything I needed. They provided breakfast and did a nice happy hour. The staff was SO wonderful and went above and beyond. Their airport shuttle broke down and they found accommodations to get me to and from the airport safely and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!
