I loved this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, great lighting, yet modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the bathroom amenities and the variety offered in the mini bar! Will stay here again for sure.

Everything perfect from spa (jacuzzi was in renovation with the terrasse) to the bedroom. The only downside is that with the prices, breakfast is not include nor the minibar

This was my second time staying at the Warwick Le Crystal and it won’t be my last!! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I love that it has valet parking onsite, so no need to worry about downtown Montreal traffic and construction parking restrictions. Its proximity to the Bell Centre is why I have chosen it both times this year, it’s a 5 min walk.

I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to pay attention to me while staff just continued their conversation. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked away and came back and said “excuse me” to get them to pay attention to me. Not a great first interaction.
