The modern styling and amenities are excellent. The nespresso machine is an added bonus and the hot tub is a great option, too. The staff is courteous, attentive, and on point. We arrived for my wife's birthday to find a box of craft chocolates and a hand written note!

The hot tub was under construction so not working.

Manon checked us in. Such a lovely person very approachable and professional. Ariel was very helpful ( as always). We have been to the Warwick many times. The balcony has a great view of Mountain street. The rainwater shower was exceptional . My nephew Joseph loved the birthday cookies ( very kind). Can't recommend your Hotel enough. Thank you Warwick!!!

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Warwick Le Crystal à Montréal et j’ai apprécié plusieurs aspects de mon séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la douche est grande et agréable, et l’hôtel offre une atmosphère calme, idéale pour se reposer. Cependant, certains points négatifs méritent d’être mentionnés. Le stationnement est assez cher, ce qui augmente rapidement le coût du séjour. De plus, des frais pour la piscine m’ont été facturés alors que je ne l’ai pas utilisée, ce que j’ai trouvé décevant. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bel hôtel calme et confortable, mais certains frais additionnels peuvent nuire à l’expérience.

Overall, we will 100% be staying here again. Unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance so we weren’t able to use it, but we were busy during our stay so it didn’t really bother us. Will be recommending this hotel to family and friends who are coming this way.
