Location is great, and the hotel has a beautiful lobby. But unfortunately, it’s a very old building and the rooms have been poorly maintained. The entire heritage wing feels damp and reeks of mildew. The deluxe room was dirty (spots on floor that could have been mopped up) and had so much mold in the bathroom. The front desk staff were less than friendly and not very supportive with my needs. However, the bellboys, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very hospitable and supportive. I would not stay here again.
