This property looks nice on the outside but as soon as you enter the building tiles broken and uneven horrible grout lines.. smelled like someone was cooking curry and made everywhere smell like it. My room had a broken table next to chair, along with a large stain of some sort.. i had no privacy sign to hang on door. Mold in toilet causing mildew smell in bathroom, mold on ceiling above shower... shower leaked water. Then to top it all off on the second day I was locked out of my room due accusations that i had smoked in my room which i had not and was told we charged you $100 for you smoking and we will let you back in but if it smells again I am going to be kicked out.. but yet some how my room never smelled like smoke again and was not kicked out. All around a bad stay.

We were woken up early before checkout with the cleaning staff talking loud, banging around. When said staff were approached, we were told it's time to clean. This was three hours before checkout. When bringing this matter to the manager, we were accused of burglarizing the hotel after walking in a room to talk to the cleaning staff. The manager latoya started yelling and called the police, who took our side? And then we watched the manager get in her car and leave... Needless to say, we will not be visiting this best.Western location again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to restaurants and Medical City. Everything within a short driving distance.

I have always interested best western . This in particular location was just absolutely disgusting. Room was not properly cleaned. There was clothing tags must be fine from previous gas along with earring in the restroom. On top of that the tub was disgusting. The bottom was brown and dirty. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was still hair in the tub and on top of that there was roaches. We didn’t to the motel until later on at night, so there was no time to find an alternate place, especially when we had to go to sleep early due to my father-in-law‘s surgery early in the morning. Extremely disappointed. At checkout couldn’t even find anybody at the front desk to talk to them. If not, I would be requesting a refund or partial refund never again will I go to this location?

Only complaint is the breakfast was bland and the same each day

Came for one night for my grandsons doctor appointment early in the morning. Very convenient to medical center. Nice stay.

Sarah the Housekeeper always provided quality and top notch service when cleaning my room. She would always knock on my door and ask if I needed any trash taken out or any new towels. She takes pride in her work.
